MobileXapps was responsible for both the UX/UI design and the backend development of our AI Agent platform.

On the design side, they created the full user experience from start to finish. This included onboarding, Google account connection, settings, paywall, dashboards, tasks, analytics tables, location management, competitor tracking, and support screens. The AI Agent guides users step by step, for example by suggesting actions like creating a new Google post to improve visibility. Each task has a clear flow. In many cases, the AI generates content based on the business data, and some tasks are handled automatically. The entire interface is clean, easy to use, and fully adapted for mobile and desktop.

On the development side, MobileXapps built a solid MVP backend to power the AI Agent. Users can add locations and competitors, while the system automatically collects and updates data on a schedule. All metrics and insights are shown in dashboards. The backend is built to handle background jobs, API limits, and future growth. It also includes Google login, email notifications, data integrations, and AI-based review summaries and sentiment analysis. The system is designed to scale and later connect directly to Google Business APIs.

 The platform allows users to compare and apply for financial products, track their application status in real time, and manage their profiles through a personal dashboard. An admin panel was also developed to manage users, listings, analytics, and compliance processes. The team conducted thorough testing before launch and ensured a smooth deployment. All deliverables were completed on time and matched our expectations in terms of both functionality and quality.
