They used C#, .NET, Entity Framework, MVVM and I can definitely say that they proved their level. Their task was 80% backend, but they also worked on the frontend and extended the team for a tester. The response from the team was instantaneous, which for me personally was an amazingly pleasant experience.

We started communicating with the CEO Alex and the CCO Max - they provided a full package of information and introduced us to the guys who are further involved in our project. This is Senior Developer Vladimir, with Vitaly and Alexander also working with him.

For testing we extended the team with Artur, simply the soul of the team. I am amazed at how much MLP Co has managed to create a comfortable and friendly atmosphere on the project. We are always in touch, always communicating openly, the MLP Co team offers many improvements.

The MLP.co guys, after reviewing and drafting detailed terms of reference, suggested splitting up into sprints with almost online tracking of the status of the project. The project was divided into two-week periods, with a progress meeting at the end. At first, it was just planning, with time the programming team came in, where together with me we check the development status almost every day, communication is very fluid.

Now we continue to work on optimizing development and creating new modules for our logistics area. Our system is installed on a server in the cloud, it is a hybrid development, but it is mostly made on .NET In addition to using Angular, AWS, Net Core. The model they proposed to implement, the methods and the approaches have proven to be exceptionally good.

We work with two programmers and a project manager; occasionally we ask for support from someone in their design team.

Max as CCO and the MLP team were able to convince us to eliminate manual entries in the inventory so that we could digitize our product information. And that had a positive impact - moving everything to the cloud: when we decided to reformat the way the offices worked, and because everything was digital, administrative functions, new orders, registrations, etc. were not affected.

They generate a board where we can see the daily activities and their progress, as well as the pending ones. There you can also make comments. In general, I spoke directly with the PM, despite having a progress meeting every sprint, communication was practically daily, which made it easier to solve errors and keep adequate control of development intermittently communicated with Max (CCO) and Alex (CEO). In general, the guys are absolutely always in touch, always with a positive attitude and rational suggestions.

Their communication skills were impressive. The clarity of knowing where we were, the activities to do and the constant interaction between both teams was remarkable. They generate a great attitude and an excellent work environment, which is very easy to work with.

MLP.co mostly provides backend software development. However, they’ve recently done frontend software development for us too. Basically, our software’s the complete picture. A patient or caregiver enters the system, reviews equipment, and orders an item. That order’s dispatched to the equipment’s provider. That’s then invoiced and billed through our software. MLP.co helped create the software for that complete workflow.

We work with six developers, including three lead developers and two frontend developers from MLP.co. We also work with their CEO and a billing person.

We’ve never had a budget issue with them. MLP.co delivers projects to us on time. We haven’t had any issues with their response time, costs, or efficiency. Overall, their service exceeds our expectations. The quality of their software’s good too. We’ve worked with multiple software firms and have our own developers here, so we’ve measured against them. From a cost perspective, it’s less money to engage MLP.co. They deliver similar, if not better, results, so it’s been a no-brainer for us.

The project management and coordination are done by us. We’re using Microsoft Azure, Asana, and Jira. They also communicate via GitHub. Their team’s flexible and understands our needs for communicating in different ways. MLP.co focuses on development efforts.

They fit our culture, which enabled us to work internationally. MLP.co operates like a fast-paced local firm. We also try to ensure that our working hours line up. For the most part, they’re great about hours. Their team has been great about projects that required them to work on our time. That hasn’t been an ongoing issue.

MLP.co could try to figure out better ways to work at the same time as the business supporting the development. It’s not always possible but it would be easier to work with them if they made that a more consistent piece of their services. That would definitely help them expand their services.

There’s a significant technology gap in our industry, particularly around order processing. At the time we were looking to complete the initial project scope at a reasonable price while still maintaining the flexibility to evolve the project over time.

We did a search for companies that could handle the project scope. We interviewed a bunch of different teams and narrowed the selection down to two vendors.

After interviewing them, we liked MLP the best: they had the most knowledge, experience, and we felt they’d be the best to work with. We hired MLP based on price and their ability to execute on the project.

We've built out the MVP [minimum viable product] successfully. We spent a month fine-tuning the first storyboard, after which MLP made a minor redesign.

MLP lay out the project and then they have very measurable timetables for completion. For every milestone, they respond, get your approval and move forward. It’s very consistent with each change, which was very helpful.

All of them were right on, except for one where we made some changes right at the end. We had four milestones, each with its own deadline, and they hit all those.

We’ve had three main contact points and there’s a team of 5 that work on it. We were also assigned an amazing project manager, who handles all the day-to-day interactions and is responsible for answering all our questions.

I don’t really have any statistics yet, but I can say that everything they’ve done works really well. MLP really cares about how we feel and has an incredible work ethic, which is valuable for our organization.

They go above and beyond the typical developer interaction. I’ve worked with a lot of developers who did an okay job, but it was just another job to them. They didn’t seem to care much, whereas MLP cares a great deal about not only the process but also about the end result.

They’re really well organized. We’ve used several interfaces for project management and it’s just been a joy to engage with them.

No, I can’t think of anything. We started working together in summer 2021 and the partnership is ongoing. The team currently provides app support. MLP has solid testing protocols. The team ensures long-term success as well as quality development and delivery.

I found them in clutch and after that I sufre their website.

We started with the guys with an introductory meeting, where we told them our needs and what we want to solve with this CRM. After that, they created a roadmap, broke it down into sprints, and started development. The project is still ongoing.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

In the first two months, the guys made an MVP, which we tested, added features and improvements, and they moved to the next stages. In January, we started working on CRM, in parallel, the development of new functionality and project support is underway.
