Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

A large and complicated website for a blue chip client in Germany. The project was to create a Gamified eLearning Platform for the companies 10 000 employees.

This required the developers to create accounts for each user that could track their progress throughout their learning journey as well as award badges, experience points, currency etc. when the user reached certain levels or completed tasks.

Internal analytics reports were also created and could be generated on the fly.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

A happy client is the main measure of success. However from my point of view as the founder of my digital marketing company working with Konstiantyn and the M&K team was just too easy, they delivered well tested software that just worked as intended from the day of release. 

This enabled me to focus on my client knowing they had my back.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

In my case we used a combination of Gsuite, email and Skype to communicate. Their team was very responsive to new meetings and queries and always on time for regular meetings.

Work was delivered on time as agreed and in the rare case when additional or unexpected work appeared it was quickly communicated.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their responsiveness was a huge plus, as was their attitude to work and enthusiasm. Good communication and no delays just makes life easier for all especially the account manager who has to face the cleint.

Are there any areas for improvement or something M&K Vision Works could have done differently?

Nothing that I can think of, I have worked with a number of local developers as well as companies abroad and M&K Vision Works are the ones I keep returning to mainly because of their service.
