We worked with a few agencies before this and decided on MIU for their readiness to help and break down our requirements into understandable and achievable milestones

Our project went from redesigning on site marketing materials such as brochure and flyers to roadshow booths and determined our online presence as well in ads and website

The team was quick to react and expected nothing less from themselves which means you as a client get unexceptional work

Lead time was an issue for us as we move very quickly, but with agencies there’s an internal review process that extends beyond what I’d expect. Typical work takes 3-5 working days.

Very responsive. They do their due diligence. Ease of communication. They understand their clients well.

Price was high compared to the Malaysian market.
They are extremely tech-savvy - but their clients might not be. This needs a little adjustment.
