We have got and closed some really good leads in a matter of 4 months. Much more awareness of our brand. Very good progress.

They used Trello. They were very effective. The lag in the project is from our side usually. Very effective team in terms of collaboration/communication.

Very responsive. They do their due diligence. Ease of communication. They understand their clients well.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Price was high compared to the Malaysian market.
They are extremely tech-savvy - but their clients might not be. This needs a little adjustment.
