MIU provides pro-bono creative services to NKF for a period of 6 months

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

NKF approached MIU for partnership opportunities and MIU proposed this pro bono service to us.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We provide our requirement to MIU and MIU will come back with their proposed designs for each projects. We will then close the project after a few rounds of amendments.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with a coordinator and a designer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The designed done were mainly posted on our social media platform. We did not measure the outcome.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager and designer were easy to work with and the responses is very fast.

They were highly creative in their approach to design.

Our project went from redesigning on site marketing materials such as brochure and flyers to roadshow booths and determined our online presence as well in ads and website

The team was quick to react and expected nothing less from themselves which means you as a client get unexceptional work

Lead time was an issue for us as we move very quickly, but with agencies there’s an internal review process that extends beyond what I’d expect. Typical work takes 3-5 working days.

Very responsive. They do their due diligence. Ease of communication. They understand their clients well.

Price was high compared to the Malaysian market.
They are extremely tech-savvy - but their clients might not be. This needs a little adjustment.
