To produce a fully accessible website that incorporates the new logo and brand for the organisation. To create brand guidelines and tone of voice document.

The team consistently responded to our needs and invested in the team and the organisation. They were flexible and supportive. Due to the nature of the accessibility requirements, they also developed their skills and knowledge throughout the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Mitchel and Stones were fully supportive of the project and the organisations. The team was highly committed, skilled, and experienced to meet our needs. This wasn't just a project for them; it felt like they were investing in our mission and playing their part in supporting us to increase our impact.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Mitchell & Stones could have done differently?

Mitchell and Stones were excellent throughout the project. They flexed throughout the project to meet our needs. My only observation is that they may have underestimated the impact of our accessibility needs for the vision-impaired community and the tools they use to access websites. This wasn't a significant issue, as the team overcame the challenge, but it was a surprise to them.

I'm a marketing executive at Greyland, a leading UK manufacturer of cleaning chemicals. We offer a wide range of products, including eco-friendly, plant-based options, through over 400 distributors across the UK and Europe. We focus on sustainability and fast turnaround times.

We needed help boosting our online presence.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Mitchell & Stones drafts and designs social media posts. The team also holds monthly meetings focusing on growth, analytics, and ways to improve our online presence. Additionally, they provide one-on-one sessions to improve our in-house marketing. Mitchell & Stones has created product posts, product announcements, videos, and event-related content.

We've worked with 2–5 members of Mitchell & Stones' team.

One of your colleagues approached us on social media. We chose Mitchell & Stones over other options because they had high ratings, good value for cost, and company values aligned with ours.

We started working with Mitchell & Stones in May 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We've dramatically increased our online presence and engagement, which is bringing us more business. We've noticed the most improvement on LinkedIn.

How did Mitchell & Stones perform from a project management standpoint?

Mitchell & Stones delivers on time. All members are punctual in terms of social post preparation and have great communication skills. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.
