I'm the CEO of performance based digital marketing agency. We're managing campaigns for our clients on all major platforms.

We had a little complicated situation because we reserved spot at fair during covid restrictions and we get a notice from organizators that they need a video 3 weeks before the event. That's why i contacted Miss Moose Studio and they did there job fast and professionally. As someone who knows something about good video ad i'm very satisfied with final version. Goals: good explainer video that we can use for many different things/channels. Our video rank at first place on YouTube search for term that is in Slovenia for us most important.

When you are working with Miss Moose Studio you know, that the process is very well defined and conducted profesionally. Before we started we had the meeting where we discused all important things, then the girls at Miss Moose Studio started with step-by-step guide until the video was done. We approved every step in the way and project manager was every moment at our disposal for any questions and corrections.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We can use our new explainer video for different purposes. Our video rank at first place on YouTube search for term that is in Slovenia for us most important.

We communicate with project manager mostly via mail and Asana. Miss Moose Team was very open for feedback and they had a production system in place, which assured that nothing important was missed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed about fast and well done process and final version. Miss Moose Studio give us some good advices that we used to make our video even better.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As we meet in person before and after the production and we're also very happy with the results we don't have any other suggestions.

We developed a new app and wanted to present it's benefits to our target audience via TVC. The goal was to explain app's features in an easy-understand way. We also planned to distribute the video to other channels.

Holistic approach, involvement in the concept creation and out-of the-box thinking seen through their projects.

We started with a briefing meeting, continued with the explanation of the brocess, set a timeline, we provided some materials and branding book to explain the desired look and feel, confirmed voice over tekst, shot the actual voice over, reconciled the illustrations, settled on the preview of the whole animation and in the last step arranged exports and sending to the selected TV houses.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with a project manager who outlined the project and kept us on schedule. After each milenstone, which was conviently set up in Asana, we would give him feedback and she communicated it to the team. If necessary we had a discussion through the phone, if not, the feedback was tracked in Asana.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our target group was able to easily understand our goal and app itself that drove a considerable amount of app downloads.

The project manager was easy to communicate with and provided frequent updates and made sure to keep us according to the set timeline. If feedback resulted in a change that would threaten the deadline, she would clearly explain that to us. She was solution-oriented and not problem oriented.

They had a clearly defined process, understood each task, and worked passionately.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, everything was perfect.

We are YOGI.SI company, no.1 in motorcycle clothing in Slovenia. I am co-owner and ceo of this compay.

We hired Miss Moose to create a video add for TV comercial. Goal was to publish this video on national TV during live moto GP races, which we succed.

We got 3 different proposal and decided for Miss Mosse.

We have created a whole project with all necessary steps as:

• storyboarding
• scriptwriting
• filming
• etc...

We worked with project manager and comunicate in person and application Asana, so we could monitor all feedback process.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We think that with this project we gained one of the steps to grow our company for 25% this year. But this is nor only reason, but one of them.

They were very easy to communicate and work with. As a tool we used Asana.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They actually checked our motorbike business and came up with some interesting ideas, which was great for the project, aldo they are not bikers.

Everything was great and okay, so don't have any suggestions for improvments.
