We started with initial meeting to discuss our current situation: penalties, zero organic traffic, and poor conversions from paid traffic. MiroMind team proposed the plan: website redesign (and re-platforming), built-in leads tracking system, semantic wireframe, and SEO roadmap. We signed contract and started work: since that moment website was redesigned two times.

What was the team composition?

We were in communication with the owner (as he has huge experience in SEO), but we worked closely with project manager, designer and SEO strategist.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Just after redesign our conversions from paid traffic significantly increased. Penalties were successfully removed. We started getting organic traffic which converted into leads.

It was a real pleasure to work with MiroMind team: communication was transparent, our contact person was very responsive (even on weekends when we had something urgent to discuss). They have a solid strategy and clear roadmap.

Great SEO experience and proficiency in conversion rate optimization and design/development. Our leads tracking system and moving calculator - are amazing.

Our website had many issues, the major one being that the designs we were creating in Wordpress were not being published as the final designs on the live site.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I had worked with Dmitriy of MiroMind for many years on a variety of web-related issues, from privacy and security to major design flaws and issues with email, plugins, etc. He has been able to resolve every issue, every time!

I first looked through HALO's Wordpress dashboard and cPanel to identify potential issues or areas of concern. I brought my findings to Dmitriy in an email and he quickly got to work, starting in Wordpress and eventually needing access to our cPanel. After just a few emails back-and-forth over the course of 2-3 days, our issue with the website was completely resolved! Any minor delay was from our end only. Dmitriy was responsive and careful with any changes made to the website/backend.

We worked exclusively with Dmitriy. I'm not sure of his exact position but he is a website GURU!!!

The website and all of its pages look exactly as they are intended to. That's all we needed at this juncture, and Dmitriy delivered 100%!

Communication with MiroMind has always been so easy. They have been very accessible via email and phone, when needed. There are no hoops to jump through, no unnecessary hierarchy. It's just easy back-and-forth until the issue's resolved!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I have some understanding of Wordpress and cPanel and tried for almost an entire day to figure out why the website was behaving as it was. What was most impressive was how FAST the issues were resolved after I got in touch with Dmitriy. He also expressed that he would help with any future issues after I told him I had more concerns with another website, which is so comforting!

No - the entire process was seamless and perfect!
