Ongoing efforts are dedicated to adding additional features and further automating the service, ensuring continuous improvement and integration of new capabilities for consistently better customer support.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The current accuracy of forwarding an incoming call to the appropriate customer service specialist is around 80% in both Estonian and Russian. This has led to an improvement in both accuracy and the time customers spend on forwarding compared to classical IVR. The integration of the callbot has also increased our overall call center technical capabilities, such as offering secure authentication via Smart-ID and Mobile-ID.

The aim of the project was to create an AI assistant for oral exams, named EISkratt, which can be integrated with the Estonian exam information system to help examinees perform oral exams more efficiently. The work included software development, design, machine learning, and consultation.
The outputs achieved as a result of the project:
An initial prototype of the AI assistant for oral exams was created and integrated with the exam environment.
The solution was tested in real conditions with actual users.
Feedback was received on the ideal process for conducting an oral exam and the technical requirements.
The project results can be applied in real use, and the next steps are known.

We started by providing the data to MindTitan. They analysed it and proposed ways to execute a successful PoC. They also helped to set up the whole pipeline to create a smooth demo flow for the project. After the project went past the PoC stage and into the full stage, we worked together on a weekly basis until we managed to scale up our internal resources and proceed on our own.

Their co-founder and Data Science lead was involved hands-on and spent several sleepless nights together with our internal team to pull everything together for successful delivery on the deadline.
