Mindrops handled the end to end development of the EonMed platform. The scope covered a responsive custom website, a mobile app for patient and doctor connectivity, and a React based admin dashboard for managing consultations, users, and reports. 

Key deliverables included a patient registration system with digital health cards, secure role based login for patients, doctors, and admins, online and video consultation features powered by Jitsi integration, a digital prescription system, and a recurring consultation setup for ongoing patient care. The admin panel gave our operations team full visibility over the platform with tracking and analytics built in.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The biggest win for us was having a fully working platform by the end of the project with no major features left incomplete. Patient registration, video consultations, digital prescriptions, and the admin dashboard all came together the way we had planned. 

The mobile app worked smoothly for users who are not particularly tech savvy, which was the whole point. Having everything connected in one system meant patients in remote areas could consult doctors without traveling, which is really the core problem EonMed set out to solve.

The project management was decent overall. Things moved well once the development picked up pace and the team was responsive when we raised concerns or needed changes. There were a few slower stretches in the early phases where communication could have been more proactive, but nothing that derailed the project. 

When we flagged issues they were addressed without much back and forth. The final deliverables came through within the agreed timeframe and the team stayed engaged till the end, which mattered to us.

A more structured update schedule in the early phases would have helped. There were a couple of stretches where we had to follow up to get a sense of where things stood, and a regular check in rhythm from the start would have made the process feel smoother. Requirement analysis and workflow planning was done at the start to understand our existing process and map out the right solution

 UI/UX design was created for both web and mobile applications to keep the interface simple and easy to use for our finance team 

AI powered data extraction was built to automatically read invoices of different formats and pull out key details like vendor name, invoice number, date, amount, tax, and line items

Extracted data is stored in a secure structured database that is easy to search, retrieve, and audit 

Validation mechanisms were added to catch errors and ensure data accuracy before anything gets saved 


Reporting and analytics features were included to help monitor invoice activity and generate insights

Integration with our existing ERP and accounting systems was set up to avoid duplicate data entry Both web and mobile apps were developed and tested to make sure everything worked smoothly across platforms The entire solution was deployed on secure cloud infrastructure

Manual data entry for invoice processing reduced significantly after the system went live - Invoice processing time came down as the AI extraction handles data automatically without waiting for someone to do it manually 

Data accuracy improved with the built in validation mechanism catching errors before they get saved - Finance team no longer needs to enter the same data twice as the system connects directly with our accounting setup

Large volumes of invoices are now processed faster and with less effort compared to the previous manual workflow - Reporting and analytics give the team real time visibility into invoice activity which was not possible before 

Cloud deployment ensured the system has been stable and available since go live in September 2024 with no major downtime

Overall operational cost related to invoice handling came down as the need for manual intervention reduced

 Mindrops was brought on to build InstoFin from the ground up, a fintech platform focused on digital lending and consumer product financing. The project was divided into three core parts.

The first was the customer app built for both Android and iOS. It covers digital onboarding, KYC and video KYC verification, loan application, EMI tracking, payment reminders, and account management with real time notifications. 

The second was the vendor app, also on Android and iOS, built for sales partners at the point of sale. It handles quick customer onboarding, real time loan processing and approvals, and sales and transaction tracking. 

The third was the admin web panel which acts as the central system for business operations. It includes loan approval workflows, a credit risk assessment engine, real time dashboards, MIS reports, and full control over users and transactions. 

On the integration side the build includes digital KYC and video KYC, CIBIL based credit checks, automated loan approval logic, fraud detection, credit scoring, and payment integrations covering UPI and NACH mandates for EMI and autopay. 

The overall goal was to deliver a production ready platform that handles everything from customer onboarding to loan disbursement and repayment management with minimal manual intervention.
