MindHunt is a recruitment agency for specialists and executives in Ukraine and Europe, placing candidates since 2011. We run two models. Recruiter for a Month: a dedicated recruiter on one role for $1,200 per month plus 50% of one monthly salary on hire, with a written activity report every Friday and the option to cancel any month. Laser-Focused Headhunting for directors, VPs and C-level: a retainer of 50% of one monthly salary buys a Market Map of real people who fit the role, their salary range and who is open to talk, delivered with a shortlist within 4 weeks, plus one monthly salary on placement and a 90-day free replacement. We search every channel, from headhunting in target companies and our own database to CV databases and referrals, and follow up until candidates answer. Our founder is a Claude Certified Architect, which adds depth in sourcing and assessing AI and ML engineers. Based in Kyiv.
