Mind Meld PR Inc. worked mostly on written content, most heavily on the press release and five different pitches to prospective reporters. Through weekly sessions, Mind Meld PR Inc. picked up potential interesting stories to pitch to reporters on our behalf. The team was responsible for gathering information from us, putting it into a succinct pitch, and sending it to their contact list of reporters. The team also coordinated any meetings reporters needed with us to help them with their stories.

At the end of our contract, we received a report from Mind Meld PR Inc. on how many press releases were picked up and how reporters perceived the stories.

Mind Meld PR Inc. got us featured in eight different newsletters and publications. Near the end of our contract, the team got us in front of a reporter from a significant publication in Canada. We're working on a story with them even after our relationship with Mind Meld PR Inc.

Overall, the public response to our efforts was positive. We're a very niche technology platform that typically gets awareness from attending industry events and hosting internal webinars. It was great to have a firm helping us with our PR outreach, where we could bring more awareness and traffic to our website and online assets. We only had positive feedback in that sense. Mind Meld PR's work met our expectations.

Mind Meld PR Inc. was very responsive and diligent about reporting their success in a timely manner. We had weekly sessions with them through Zoom. Are there any areas they could improve?

Perhaps the onboarding process could be improved. However, this was probably more our fault than theirs. We just needed to get up to speed a little bit faster. If it were a longer-term relationship, I think it would be a good thing. Mind Meld PR Inc. was diligent about ensuring they had the right message to provide to the market. Overall, there were no significant issues that I would report.

Mind Meld PR Inc. has never missed a deadline and has never gone over budget. In fact, there is no budget spending, just a fee. We communicate via Zoom and Slack.

I’ve worked with another PR agency, and back then, I had much less contact with a real person. The quality of the writing felt like it was from ChatGPT. In contrast, Mind Meld PR Inc. is very creative and strategic, and the output level we’re getting is large. Besides, their level of activity has subsequently generated a lot of output.

Initially, Mind Meld PR Inc. worked with us to understand our areas of expertise and what kinds of outlets we wanted to provide information to. The team has also written press releases and helped us publish them on various news wires. The project's initial phase has involved getting to know our company's objectives and offers, and since recently, our AI has evolved into generative AI for UX. 

The second phase has been for Mind Meld PR Inc. to find outlets and reporters interested in talking to us and monitoring the various news agencies' inquiry feeds. There are various inquiry feeds where reporters put out requests for expertise. Not only does the team find media outlets, but they will often help us write content, and to do so, they interview me on a topic, write down the key points, and write my interview as an appropriate response to the required media outlet. 

Mind Meld PR Inc. reviews content with me and then sends it to the media. I'm either writing or editing what the team has written based on my input. That's an essential part of the project because there's a lot of heavy lifting in that writing. The team is also responsible for pitching me as a guest on podcasts.

The first raw outcome of our engagement with Mind Meld PR Inc. is the close to 70 places where our company has been quoted, including news, TV appearances, and high-visibility magazines like Forbes and Newsweek. The team has delivered very good-quality placements, averaging at least once a week. One explicit outcome is that our current CRO reached out to us after seeing one of the articles written as a result of the team's efforts. 

We've also had potential customers reach out to us after seeing a mention of our company in the press. In particular, we have noticed we get quite a lot of interaction from potential customers when a podcast we participate in gets published. Mind Meld PR Inc.'s efforts have greatly impacted on our company's public visibility and credibility. 

Providing feedback to news outlets allows us to get our company's name and personal information out on the internet to increase awareness of our company and establish thought leadership. Podcasts have been an extremely effective marketing medium for us. Overall, Mind Meld PR Inc.'s work quality is top-notch. The team understands the context relative to my organization and is excellent at finding a good fit between what we can offer and what reporters are looking for.

I'm in a very complex environment since we work with AI on a very specific segment of the supply chain. My advice is not to think your project will be a writing project; think about it as getting key bullet points for the team and letting them carry the ball for you.
