The Elite Escape Games team hired Mimvi SEO to design and build our website as well as develop our online presence.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals for this project were to increase online reservations for our live entertainment activities. We desired a modern and user-friendly website that will help educate our customers about our unique game experiences while also allowing quick and easy booking on our event calendar.

How did you select this vendor?

We selected this vendor after meeting with various SEO companies. We decided that Mimvi was the best fit for us because of their excellent web design team, in additional to presenting a plan of action that not only met our budget needs but also set us up to accomplish our goals in a timely manner.

Describe the project in detail.

The project had two primary facets, the first being to design a website that will allow us to showcase our game activities in a fun and visually appealing fashion.

We also wanted the website to work hand in hand with our booking software to allow the customer to educate themselves on our several game options, select one that will best suit their needs, and then seamlessly create a reservation that would help drive new business while also alleviating our front facing staff from having to clarify game details to the customers at their time of arrival.

The second element of the project was search engine optimization. Our city has a very competitive escape room market and many of these competitors had been opened years before us. The SEO that Mimvi helped established moved us up the ranks on various search engines which allowed us to be the first escape room customers would find when searching online.

The team composition was meeting in-person with the owner to develop our initial plan and web design concept, then communicating with their webdesign team and content writers to help build the content on our website, finally we would follow up with Marcus on a weekly basis to track the progress of these changes and implement other elements as needed.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We experienced an enormous growth of web page visits, as well as our overall rank on all major search engines increasing dramatically. Our back link number grew drastically and the overall time spent on our website increased. Load times of our web page also decreased and the number of clicks on our ad campaigns improved across the board.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I found the workflow extremely effective. Marcus was prompt and timely when it came to meeting in person for the initial sit down as well as subsequent check-ups.

The staff was very fast to respond to emails and inquiries and was patient when it came to educating my staff on the various changes we were implementing and how they would effect not only our staff interactions but our overall customer experience.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I found their ability to develop an "SEO Plan of attack" most effective, as they laid out a comprehensive plan of action with strategic goal setting that allowed us to not only attack our goal in the short term, but also build long term goals we could work toward.

They were able to track our progress toward these goals effectively and were diligent to communicate what phase of the plan we were in and where we were moving toward next to keep those goals on target.

Are there any areas for improvement?

From my experience working with Mimvi I haven't identified any glaring issues that I see need improving, I just hope they continue to grow and develop as a company as I really enjoy working side by side with them and I truly feel we are getting our money's worth.

I originally found Mimvi many several years ago by doing a google search for seo, and Mimvi was the highest rated and most used vendor in the region as per google reviews. It helped that whey were ranked first in the search as well. As i have a foundation in computer programming ,I was leary of many seo companies as most are concerned on getting your money, not providing results and the person whom usually were trying to sell the job, had less technical knowledge than myself. Upon speaking with the principle Marcus it became obvious that this would not be the case Marcus and his team know their business

Redesign new website keeping the above in mind when generating content and style. 3. tagging the the website correctly on the back end , 4 streamlining the contents and pictures so it loads efficiently, 5 creating backlinks to increase site ranking, 6.posting blogs and other social media info so that site continues to increase in ranking 7. adjustment and maintenance of the keywords so ranking is geared to proper audience. .

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Thus far, Mimvi SEO has done a great job; they’ve blown my mind. I’ve used a couple of other SEO companies before, and Mimvi SEO has been the best one I’ve worked with. With them, I’m looking at a long-term relationship because, so far, they’ve been amazing.

Thanks to Mimvi SEO’s work, our metrics have absolutely increased. Our most important keywords are now ranking on the first page of Google search results, and their team is still working on some other keywords to make them rank higher.

How did Mimvi SEO perform from a project management standpoint?

We haven’t established set deadlines for this project; I’ve just asked Mimvi SEO to provide me with a weekly report. Additionally, we talk once every three days. We communicate via Zoom and FaceTime.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Although Mimvi SEO’s services aren’t cheap, their work is very effective, and it’s evident that they know what they’re doing. I don’t mind spending more money on receiving a quality service because other SEO companies might be more affordable, but their work is not as quick. Mimvi SEO just hit it on the head, and I’m happy with it.
