What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Flawless launch and a progressive shift and adaptation of company market strategy. I received an executive promotion as the site was going live due to the overwhelming enthusiasm by the rest of the executive team.

Always on time, always responsive, and proactive at times to keep pace and even stay ahead of project requirements. This was a dynamic, complex project and MWDS handled every bump, every shift, every scope threat with ease and expert resolve.

MWD continues to show me that it is dedicated as much to my success as that of the project. The responsiveness, patience, and fast resolutions to change are impeccable traits - ones that our business counted on.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Milwaukee Web Design® could have done differently?

Toughest question to survey. In this rare occasion, I am not able to think of any constructive improvements I can offer. Dedicated to the proposition that there is ALWAYS something to be considered for continuous improvement, I truly have nothing to add here. This was a difficult project and MWD showed agility that matched the dynamics of this endeavor. Hard to suggest anything to be done differently.

I am the Director of Business Development, Service Delivery & Marketing at 1st Basis Consulting, a firm that provides Basis & Hosting services to clients with SAP in North America.

Our website was due for a redesign. We were finding that people bounced off our site without digging into the content, and we thought that the look/feel of the site was a little outdated.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I reviewed proposals from several companies, and Milwaukee Web Design provided the best fit, both with the approach to web design and from a pricing perspective. I was specifically looking for a simple, clean and fresh feel to our redesign, and that is what was delivered.

Milwaukee Web Design kept the project simple, which was greatly appreciated. Brian used our existing site as a jumping off point to create a draft. From there we went through several design iterations that resulted in our revamped website. They were incredible to work with because they seamlessly implemented the changes we were looking for.

Not yet. We are still new after the launch, so any SEO or traffic to the site is still under review.
