What specific goals or objectives did you hire Middle Table to accomplish?

We brought Middle Table on board to lead the video production for an event, with the main goal of creating punchy, upbeat introduction videos that really captured the energy and magic of the event. We wanted brilliant, high-quality videos to show our C-suite and high-profile guests during the event, while also having a polished promotional trailer we could use to pitch and secure exciting new speakers later in the year.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Middle Table handled the end-to-end production of introduction videos for speaker sessions, event filming, and the production of the post-event sizzle reel. The team took care of all aspects of the video production, including scripting, filming, editing, and postproduction.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The biggest win was Middle Table's incredible turnaround, delivering a flawless final sizzle reel in under 24 hours so we could get it to our VIP guests while the buzz was still high. The video perfectly captured the event's atmosphere and has since become our go-to speaker sourcing tool. It's already helping us successfully pitch and secure fantastic new speakers for the program.

Middle Table delivered everything on time and reacted proactively to feedback, allowing more time to review and secure further feedback from senior stakeholders. Their communication was timely and effective, keeping us in the loop at every stage and flagging any risks as they occurred. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

The aim of this fundraiser film was to highlight Roslin Technologies’s business potential to prospective investors. Through interviews with the CEO and CSO the viewer learns what makes Roslin Technologies stand out from its competitors. The film informs the audience about the superiority of Roslin Technologied stem cell technology and shines a spotlight on the team of experts dedicated to this science, thereby instilling confidence in investors.

The film has been used routinely in 50+ early discussion with investors during our ongoing fundraise. By highlighting the passion and expertise behind the company, the film has helped progress 25%+ of these early discussions to the next stage of the fundraising process.

The feedback has been so positive from each video project we've worked with Middle Table on.  They create theatre so brilliantly and are really easy to work with.

Exceptional project management is one of the key reasons I like working with Middle Table and keep coming back. From larger, longer timeframe projects to urgent quick turnaround, they've never let us down and that has probably required moving mountains and project management wizardry to fit it all in on their side, but they've made it work and I'm incredibly appreciative.
