I used to teach alot of students around the world in a traditional offline way. Never had a website to reflect my skills, courses or anything else. Nor I had a proper branding strategy or logo. My goals were to create a easy to use platform/website where students could purchase courses, learn and get certified after doing several tests and quizes.

MI Designs was recommended by another trainer with who I worked with for many years.

Everything started very suddenly and were soon on track to finishing the project. MI Designs team first produced a branding pack samples, after selecting which we moved onto website development.

There were in total of 5 people who I worked with for branding and website.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since it was a brand new project, with new branding, we had a 100% increase in sales. All customers enjoy the website and user experience.

This was a fairly complex and long project. That's why we had daily online conferences to discuss the future steps and ways to appeal to a larger audience, hence increase sales. I was very nervous about launching the site, but the team made it very smooth.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They produced an extremely sophisticated e-commerce website that matches our new branding! The website highlights from the competitors and loads like a speed of light - 3 seconds.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None that I could think of.

Our family-run business had a fairly outdated website and we used traditional / well known teaching methods in the school that lacked focus and stopped our business from growing.

Therefore, this was a rather brand-building project than just a website development. We hired MI Designs to help us strategically build our corporate identity and an eCommerce website to offer students extended support and excellent service.

MI Designs was highly recommended to us by one of our partners. After the initial interview, there was no doubt that we will be working with the team as every stage of the project was explained to us very well.

We had an online meeting to discuss our company's aims and objectives, after which MI Designs prepared our logo and corporate identity. WordPress eCommerce website was done upon modification and approval of the branding.

There were 2 full stack developers working on my project and 1 graphic designer. We were also working with another marketing agency for social media marketing.

We saw a 68% uplift in our sales since the launch of the new brand and website. We are now against the leading driving schools/instructors in UK.

We used emails and WhatsApp to communicate.

The time management and communication strategy were the most impressive.

There were minor issues with emails at the start of the project, but that was fixed the same day.

I am the official distributor of PhiAcademy products in Spain - PhiSeller Spain.

When the PhiAcademy have only introduced the concept of PhiSellers I was one of the first masters who launched a website to sell their products.

Back in 2014 MI Designs made a complete solution for me: logo and a eCommerce website that is fully optimised for search engine results (SEO). Thanks to them my business continues to this day and the website is classified as an example for other PhiSellers around the world.

What were your goals for this project?

The solution - website had to be responsive to all devices, fast and extremely simple to use.

The results were just that - I get so many positive comments about how many functions it has and at the same time how easy it is to order products online.

It was built on WordPress and the initial design was changed multiple times throughout the years of our collaboration with the team. Every time the website got better and better and I am satisfied with the result.

Via social media advertisement on a local Facebook group.

Our collaboration began with a fairly long meeting to discuss the logo and the website design. However, after launching the first version of the website, we now work remotely most of the times as Maksim knows exactly what I need and how I want it to look, whether it is related to SEO, design, advertisement, social media marketing banners, printing or anything else.

What was the team composition?

We always had a direct collaboration with MI Designs, but with the expantion of the online shop the communication with the team has been taken over by the project manager.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Amazing service, I've had so many positive comments about the design. Nothing was too much trouble and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Communication style and speed! It's very easy to get support if something fails or requires adjusting.

I am an owner of a real estate agency here in Costa Blanca, Spain.

For what projects/services did your company hire MI Designs?

Now during the Covid-19 crisis, even more than ever before it is hard to find a client for rental accomodation or people that would like to purchase a property in Spain. Before everything, we traded only on famous Spanish real estate platforms and never had a professional website that would reflect our corporate goals and showcase all the properties to the best ability. This was also why our sales dramatically dropped during the crisis and we had no idea of what to do - seeing out competitors less stressed because they had all the computer systems setup already.

What were your goals for this project?

In a very short amount of time build a website with it's own web hosting. The Content Management System used was WordPress but with a custom/personalised WordPress theme. Website had to be on 3 languages: Spanish, English and Dutch and have a custom plugin build for us. Also we required to integrate MailChimp for email marketing.

We were looking for a trusty partner that would be able to solve our problem extremely quickly as this project had the highest priority and would establish the company's future.

MI Designs designed, configured and launched a new real estate website that now stands our from our competitors. Although there is more work to do for Search Engine Optimisation, the website is well ranked. The execution time was 2 weeks and we now see all the benefits.

Professional, extremely polite and very fast communication and execution even in this challenging period.

Together with the team we made a plan/schedule and kept working on it thoughout the project. Very well planned because the website was complete in 2 weeks.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They make communication and troubleshoot very easy. You can chat to them on WhatsApp, Messenger, Facebook, etc. you choose .. they usually reply within 5 minutes and already have all fixed for you. There is no need of waiting hours and days for a company to reply to your email, or support ticket - this is something that I want to highlight them from the competitors! Very efficient

The project had to be launched by the end of 2019, so we were in a rush. MI Designs were one of the only companies who guaranteed a fast turnaround of this project. We were also refered to this company by one of the business partners in Germany.

They designed and configured a stand alone web solution and compared to competitors, gave us all the access to an extremely powerful web hosting and backend. The project started with a networking and brainstorming session where we stated our ideas and corporate values. Once the design was approved, the final website was delivered in 2 weeks. We receive great feedback from every client and we are very pleased with the result.

The team was only 2 people; however, they were extremely professional and highly qualified to deliver the aims and objectives of our project.

Our website was launched 3 month ahead of time and increased our sales by about 76%. This is something that we could never dream of. The website loading time is currently 5-6 seconds, which is better than average and significantly better than competitors' websites. Our marketing team now works closely with MI Design to improve some features and the team helps us with maintenance.

Project management and organisation was just perfect. Brainstorming with our marketing team helped everyone develop a solution that would meet our demands. Communication was easy and done over Skype, phone and face to face every week.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was personally fascinated to see how fast the team replies to our messages - within minutes. If something fails (very rarely), MI Designs solves the problems within an hour.

I would increase the time talking to the client team.

MI Designs is one of the leading and well-known website designers in Costa Blanca, Javea and Benidorm and the team was highly recommended by a friend of mine.

They configured VPS hosting and developed a CMS-based website. They also designed the social media campaigns.

The team was a hybrid composition with members of MI Designs working virtually side by side with the existing team members.
