We hired Methodix Change Consulting to lead change management for a brownfield S/4HANA conversion in Spain and Portugal.

Methodix Change Consulting supported the project end-to-end, from kickoff through to the end of hypercare. They assessed readiness, mapped impacts and stakeholders, and led the definition and execution of local change activities, covering communication, training, and adoption.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The project was challenging, with significant resistance from end users. Methodix worked closely with them to support UAT completion within the deadline, achieving 100% completion with no critical defects. They also increased engagement by creating communication videos with local voices, which helped build credibility. Although hypercare was not completely smooth, no tickets related to lack of training were raised.

I'm the senior manager of organizational change leadership at Johnson Controls. We are an international company with 100,000 employees. We hired Methodix Change Consulting to lead and support organizational change management on various critical deployments, globally.

Can you describe the scope of their involvement in this project?

Methodix Change Consulting provides end-to-end change management deliverables, including strategy and execution. More specifically, they provide a case for change, change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and engagement, PCT assessments, OCM plans, communication plans, training plans, training needs analysis, risk tracking, end-user training support, and long-term sustainment plans.

Methodix Change Consulting has successfully engaged and adopted our company. Here’s data from one project: We’ve impacted 30,000 people across eight countries, covering six languages. We have a 100% adoption rate of the new tool, 99% utilization, 89% of managers agreeing the new tool is beneficial and ready to use, 85% of managers ready to go live, and 80% of the population leveraging training material.Moreover, 30,000 users use the new tool per month. Only 4% of users have issues requiring help desk support. Only 8% of all help desk tickets are attributed to gaps in training and readiness, and 40% of all help desk tickets are related to provisioning and access issues - this tells us that any barriers to adoption are related to technical issues outside of change management.
