Interview a client of ours over a video call, capture the recording, perform video-editting by combinging various design assets with the live video, incorporate sound design, and produce a final video.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The goal of the video is to enhance our reputation when prospects discover us online. We also use the video on several places on our website to influence our audience. Link to the video testimonial is also included in our sales proposals or when clients ask for examples of our work. I have been told anecdotally several times when prospects have reviewed the video ahead of meeting with us, and it's created a very strong, positive impression of our company.

Rachael, our producer, handled everything behind the scene with thoughtfulness and care. She prepped our client in advance with clear, professional guidance on lighting, background and tech setup, which made the whole process smooth. 
During editing and rounds of iteration, the team took my feedback well and delivered a great product aligned with our needs. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Metamer Studios could have done differently?

I was satisfied with the work. In general, when agencies understand their client's business more (and their end-goals more), they increase odds of success for their clients.
