We needed a subscription dashboard to show current and historical subscription and subscriber information with the fraud order and customer data filtered out. This was built on top of an existing set of Tableau dashboards which were previously developed by another BI consulting firm.

Our project turned out to require more data engineering than expected. Once we discovered this, Dan gave us the option of way forward and the relative costs and timelines for both options. Dan was very collaborative and open to feedback which was very helpful!

I met with the team at MergeYourData.com and they helped me determine what I needed to setup Hubspot. They added Hubspot's scheduling tool to my website, walked me through the platform and lead management, and provided thorough training to help me maximize my use of the platform.

I have a better understanding of Hubspot thanks MergeYourData.com's work. I was instantly able to manage meetings and schedule new client calls more effectively.

The workflow was extremely effective. MergeYourData.com evaluated my site and assessed my needs accurately and quickly. They had me up and running very quickly.

MergeYourData.com has a deep knowledge of Hubspot and assess what your individual business needs from the platforms. Their work helped me learn more about what HubSpot offered and maximize my use of the platform.

While setting up a new accounting & invoicing system in Waveapps, I realized that I needed automations set up to attach pdf documents to invoices in Wave for sending to customers because this feature was not natively available in Wave.

MergeYourData was quick to respond to my inquiry and I could quickly tell that he had the skills and experience necessary to do the job.

Set up automations to

1. attach pdf file(s) to invoices for sending to customers
2. send the email to multiple parties using cc function
3. customize message in body of the email for each send
4. set up 2 different emails for sending, depending upon whether an invoice is paid or to be paid

Used html to setup emails as I requested. Automations were set up via Make, using a webhook, to grab data from Waveapps, Google Drive, and send via Gmail.

I worked exclusively with Dan at MergeYourData.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Using the automation scenario, set up by Dan at MergeYourData, saved us hours of time sending invoices to customers with required attachments. Dan followed our invoice sends when we got up and running. He quickly made adjustments when the scenario ran into a glitch and it's been working well since.

Communication was predominately via email. Dan met with me twice via video call and a shared screen so we could work out the details of the project. Upon completion, he sent me a video illustrating how to use the automation. He was especially helpful at the start of the project when I sent him a hand written set of notes to explain what I was looking to do. Dan deciphered my notes and asked questions so he could put it into a plan that could be programmed and automated.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed with quick responses and quick turnaround time. Dan's experienced with this type of custom software developement was evident in his work.

I was happy with the process and the outcome.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Dan recommended I use Make.com to connect both apps together and it works great.

Dan was able to make an automation on Make.com that now connects my Monday.com CRM whenever me or my team adds a new contact after a 10 min delay that information gets automatically sent to Klaviyo where I have other automations to enroll these people in autoresponders.
