It started with a discovery phase and branding work, where Merge helped us define a new visual direction and created our logo and brand assets. Next, they handled the full UX/UI design in Figma, mapping out a large number of pages, from public-facing content like our Program and Alumni sections to complex, member-only resources. A critical part of the scope was designing the integrations with our Coda database for things like alumni lists, events, and job openings. Finally, they managed the complete Webflow development, building out all the pages and integrating the database functionality.

The main outcome is a high-quality website that accurately represents our brand. We successfully launched the new site at the beginning of this year. A key success was meeting our tight deadlines, even when we encountered some complex technical challenges with integrating our database.

As an ongoing project, we are continuously working with Merge to refine the platform. Their design contributions are helping us address user feedback by simplifying complex processes and improving the overall clarity of the platform. We are focused on creating intuitive journeys for different user personas, from airdrop participants to institutional investors, and Merge's input is part of this iterative process.

They also provided dedicated product design support to help structure and visualize collaborative workshop frameworks. In order to package and present the product, Merge's web team designed a stunning marketing site, implemented with Webflow.

Merge Rocks delivered high-quality, thoughtful design work across all initiatives. Their VR design approach successfully addressed the complexities of UI in 3D space, and their novel handoff methods were effective for the Unity developers to implement high quality features in the experience. The design team from Merge were fully integrated into our team ceremonies and were a valuable part of our team's success in creating a new concept for the immersive platform.

After working with several freelancers, it was a welcome change to have Kris understand our needs so well and provide solutions that really impressed us. She listens to our ideas and creates designs that are just what we need. Our team and theirs work together well, making it a great partnership.
