Melonleaf for setting up and optimize our Salesforce Org and also design and implement email campaigns and strategy using Pardot Marketing Cloud. They Delivered our phase 1 in just 2 months and system is running really smooth to manage our customers, leads and campaigns

We worked with the time and material model, where business requirements for setting up Salesforce org were explained during discovery phase. Business requirements were further defined as tasks. All the deliveries made on time with the Post production go live support.

Melonleaf Consulting was a fantastic partner, delivering core and custom functionality for our operational resilience function. They completed 26 sprints and 12 releases, enabling our program to deliver its annual targets and successfully launch.

How did Melonleaf Consulting perform from a project management standpoint?

Melonleaf Consulting delivered on time and was very responsive. Collaboration was primarily through daily standup, Jira, Slack, and emails.

Building the automations for promoting, upselling and cross selling the subscriptions, fitness products and other offerings. Also, build the system to track payments and history activities.

Integrating the Salesforce with Messaging tool twilio and automaing the messaging functionality.

Yes, Melonleaf has a defined and professional way of delivering the projects. Our POCs, Project manager and technical lead are aligned for the timely deliveries. We had messaging groups over whatsapp and teams to interact and progress tracking along with the weekly zoom meetings.

So far we've had a completely successful rollout with no post production launch adjustments required.
