None really... they don't guarantee results so they gave examples where they had performed brilliantly gave no examples of poor performance. Had one guy the time and wasted ad spend and marketing budget

I've tried 4 agencies over my 3 years in e-commerce and switched to Megaphone around March of this year. At the time, we were turning over around $650k per month. 7 months later, we are hitting $1.3m, and we aren't done yet. They are not afraid to scale! Everyone I have dealt with there has been great. Olivia & James are awesome. Can't recommend highly enough.

Results have been great, they have overachieved, we had ket KPI's and business objectives we wanted to hit and they delivered over and above. General day to day ad management was done at a high level and we never failed to see results.

Great. Team was all very transparent and most importantly prompt. they knew when there was a sense of urgency and never had an issue in delivering under pressure moments.

Megaphone took over our Facebook marketing. We hadn't run any consistent marketing previously. They produced immediate results and they have improved over time. They also took over our EDM and have shown consistent returns.

I've worked with numerous account managers. I have not been required to deal with other business specialists as all communication has been through the account manager. This was my preference.
