We provide SaaS with e-commerce management solutions for online retailers.

We provide software that can manage all top leading eCom platforms in Vietnam in one place. This solution helps startups and online retailers with small budgets start and control their budgets easily, even with one person. They do not need to have knowledge about accounting, marketing, and storage management to run their business. All they need to do is focus on sales and reach out to target customers, our product will do the rest.

We are a new startup in a competitive SaaS market in Vietnam.

What we want the Mega team to do is handle all our digital marketing activities and channels, including:

• Website: Build from scratch, need UIUX friendly, high performance on pagespeed.web.dev by Google.
• Search Engine Marketing: Do everything to help my website get organic visitors
• Facebook Page: Get my page viral and have more people like and follow, therefore building trust for users who want to purchase and use our software.
• Control other social media platforms: Build and maintain activities on other platforms, including LinkedIn page, YouTube, and X.
• Ad Management: Run, Optimize, and Scale our Facebook, Google, and TikTok campaigns, helping us get trial users from ads.
• Digital Marketing Strategy: Plan and execute digital marketing activities to achieve new users.

• 1000+ new users monthly

They discuss and solve my concerns instantly with me through Telegram. They have a review and plan meeting every week on Tuesday. They update their file for campaign progress with measure results before every meeting. Everything was scheduled and organized.

I can also view their activities in real-time by accessing their task management system. Everything was transparent and accurate.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I only hope a little about the project because my budget is limited. But they show me what is the best way to use it. The Price on Performance is too impressive. When I wrote this down, I seriously can't think of anything they didn't do well.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Mega Digital JSC could have done differently?

I have yet to think about it. However, maybe the file they are still working with is Google Sheets and Slides; they should use Google Data Studio or Power BI to reduce the time needed. Sometimes, they send me the file at 2 A.M while I am in bed. They do not affect me much, but I prefer receiving the report during my working hours rather than sleep time.
