The i76 team places all of our digital media throughout the year. We give them the parameters of what we want and they come back with a detailed plan of how to do it.

For our website, they fully integrated to our process and team and come to the table with ways forward for improving member journeys, and finding new ways to integrate our old systems so we can accomplish what we are looking to do.

The i76 team works as part of our team- it has never felt like they are a vendor- they are just as invested in our success as we are. The work directly with the Marketing team.

We have been able to continually grow our membership base through advertising. Our member journeys have improved significantly and will continue to improve as we migrate to a new website.

i76 is so quick to respond. We always have last minute changes or needs and they are always right there ready to help. They want to serve us to the best of their ability. We are not their largest client, yet they treat us that way.

The results have been positive. We are working together to create a vision that turns impressions into conversions.

We have an excellent working relationship with i76 Solutions. Drew and the account management team are very accessible. The team that oversees our media buy is helpful and keeps us on point with our deliverables.

i76 Solutions delivers on their promises. Drew is very involved in the project, and his team is a group of talented individuals that care about our success. We have worked with other ad agencies whose principals are not nearly as engaged.

The end-of-month report could be more regularly delivered, but this is a minor point.

I’m the director of marketing and creative design for Providence Animal Center, a nonprofit animal clinic. We offer adoption, behavior, and vet services, as well as community programs to help people keep their pets and prevent homelessness.

Our company has grown massively over the last five years. We have rebranded, updated our mission, and expanded our building and services. We needed to focus more on advertising and promoting our name and services. As a nonprofit, we wanted to find a cost-effective vendor that could guide us in the right direction.

i76 Solutions initially focused on Facebook ads and smaller digital advertising efforts. Now, i76 Solutions is working on paid advertising, and we have someone in-house managing our Facebook ads. i76 Solutions does SMS advertising and ads for Pandora, Snapchat, radio, and billboards. The team also does advertising for special events, such as a gala. i76 Solutions contributes to our boost advertising and remarketing work. Another vendor manages our website.

We’ve primarily worked with three team members from i76 Solutions: Anthony (Project Manager, Digital and Creative Services, i76 Solutions); Alexa (Director, Digital Marketing and Strategy, i76 Solutions); and an individual who works on advertising for special events and helps us negotiate prices.

How did you come to work with i76 Solutions?

One of my mentors, who was the chief of marketing for her company, had worked with Drew (President and Founder, i76 Solutions). She referred i76 Solutions to us.

When I met with i76 Solutions, they put time and effort into understanding our brand and what we wanted to accomplish, even though our initial budget was small. Digital marketing was entirely new to me, and i76 Solutions proposed solid ideas. For a small organization, they came off as a high-touch company that could make a great impact.

We've spent between $25,000–$50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with i76 Solutions in 2016, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

My company has experienced growth in services. We know their work is making a difference because of the increase in calls and appointments.

How did i76 Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

i76 Solutions is diligent, professional, and inviting. Unlike other vendors I’ve worked with, i76 Solutions makes us feel like more than one of their customers; they provide the attention and time we need. Even though we’re not close in proximity, their team often comes to our office. They’re always available to answer questions. The team follows up with us on deadlines.

We generally have multiple campaigns back-to-back, so we communicate on a weekly and even daily basis. The team sends monthly reports. If we’re in the middle of a flight, we talk to Anthony and/or Alexa multiple times a week; if we’re in between flights, we have check-ins. For instance, after the gala, Alexa followed up to see how the event went and whether their marketing was effective. They’re very focused and on top of what we’re doing. We mostly communicate via email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve often been disappointed by my work with other vendors, but I can’t say the same when it comes to i76 Solutions. They are easy to work with, and their client relations are impeccable. They’re constantly proposing new ideas and doing everything they can to deliver the best results. Even though we’re not spending a lot of money on their services, they still give us a lot of attention. One of our volunteers does digital marketing for a larger corporation, and she confirmed that i76 Solutions’s costs are great.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s not much more I could ask for. Even though they’ve grown since we started working together a few years ago, they continue to maintain great client relationships.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with i76 Solutions, and I think that they’ll treat any client like their only client. My advice is to go for it.

I was the Marketing Account Manager for the American Automobile Association (AAA) Mid Atlantic, a non-profit member service organization. I was responsible for marketing and advertising various business lines within the organization.

The AAA Automotive campaign aimed to increase brand awareness and communicate its range of services to consumers. AAA Insurance sought to increase brand awareness for their various insurance products.

i76 Solutions was a part of an extensive search for digital marketing experts that could serve as a vendor partner with AAA. We vetted them internally and they worked diligently on our account for over a year. For AAA Insurance, we spent over $3 million on digital media to boost brand awareness. i76 provided weekly reporting to ensure the program's success. In addition, they were responsible for developing the media plan and buying and placing media in markets such as Washington, D.C., Baltimore, Richmond, Philadelphia.

In addition to the strategic partnership, i76 played a role in executing, managing, tracking and reporting back results to each of these extensive and heavily layered campaigns.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Brand awareness was a key metric that we measured through pre and post surveys. AAA deemed both the Automotive and Insurance campaigns a success. AAA Automotive saw a sizable increase in brand awareness measures in less than six months’ time, as well as an increase in membership.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

i76 Solutions was committed to their clients. We had weekly status meetings to present the results of each campaign and provide detailed reporting to all internal stakeholders. i76 was punctual, forward-thinking, reactionary when needed, as well as proactive in making recommendations that moved the mark for AAA's brands. In addition, they often served as industry experts and became heavily involved in developing the strategy that was presented to senior management.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The people on our i76 team were consummate professionals. They were always willing to go above and beyond. The i76 team also enjoys what they do and it shows. They were pleasant, confident, and consistent in delivering results to our team.

Needed to create environment on multi digital and non traditional pathways that spoke to a category of career opportunities on a daily basis. The category of IT Enterprise consulting is flooded with competitors and a lack of viable candidates. The campaign that i76 Solutions customized gave us a relevant ROI and a happy client who until this campaign drew very little engagement and conversions.
