For what projects/services did your company hire Mediahead, and what were your goals?

We сame to the Mediahead team to conduct a comprehensive social media campaign and PPC advertising, and later began work on a large performance marketing campaign.

Mediahead analyzed the market and competitors, analyzed the audience and developed a strategic approach to the implementation of the SMM campaign. They introduced marketing goals, communication goals and SMM goals, and after approving KPI's, they implemented a campaign on them. The strategy consisted of establishing the consumer's journey to work with the target audience, communication message, presence channels for each segment. Ecosystem and priority of segments in budget allocation.

They developed a content split and rubrics for each social network, devised visual styles, colors and fonts. Provided recommendations for working with bloggers and recommendations for working in messengers. We reviewed sites and hoped for potential growth points. Mediahead were engaged in maintaining the company's profile in social media under the key.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Since, in addition to the SMM campaign, we were interested in complex performance marketing campaign, we held meetings with leaders in all areas, including specialists from Media, PPC, E-Commerce, Strategy, and SMM. During the SMM campaign we had a project manager who was responsible for all communication. We put the performance marketing campaign on hold due to the military invasion of Ukraine, the country where our business operates.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

For 3 months of cooperation with the agency, we have received a steady increase in performance on social networks. Thanks to regular posting, design content and paid promotions, we have increased the coverage of posts and the number of subscribers. The number of Instagram followers increased by 26%. Coverage of posts - about 81%. The average ER for posts was 6%. Facebook has 22% more followers. The coverage of posts increased by 56%. The average ER is 1.5%. Given the specifics of the brand - this is a fairly high figure. We also increased the level of recognition in the market by 5%.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Сommunication was at a high level, the account manager was constantly in touch with us, if necessary, we held online meetings. Edits were quickly processed, sometimes we had to work with unplanned content, there were also no problems with its implementation. We were satisfied with our workflow

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed by their approach and quality in preparing proposals, the development of a strategy and a comprehensive solution.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We also faced the issue of site development, perhaps MediaHead should look in this direction as well.

I’m the digital marketing manager at a consumer goods company, responsible for all digital communication and marketing needs. This includes digital out-of-home, Spotify, and TV advertising.

What challenge were you trying to address with Mediahead?

We needed help managing digital performance and brand awareness campaigns, as well as special projects involving opinion leaders and digital PR articles.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Mediahead is providing digital marketing and content creation and research. The content includes both localization of our global materials and developing content from zero. They’re responsible for all our digital channels, including social media. We’re also running special projects with key opinion leaders.

We’re working with three account managers and Mediahead’s director of client services.

How did you come to work with Mediahead?

We typically run pitches for big projects, and Mediahead won our pitch.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Mediahead in January 2018, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We get reports after each campaign, and we compare results against company benchmarks. The metrics we’ve gotten from Mediahead’s campaigns are higher than those from our other partners.

How did Mediahead perform from a project management standpoint?

We have a kickoff meeting for each campaign, to discuss the next steps, and we have short status calls every week.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We have a few product managers in the company, for different categories, and the ones that’ve worked with Mediahead are very satisfied with them. We’re always happy to work with them. They deliver good results that are better than our other digital advertising partners.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They work well with us and they should maintain this high level of service.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

We’re totally satisfied with the results of our campaigns, and I’d recommend them to someone else. Mediahead has had a good impact on our overall sales. They’re professionals in the digital area and provide correct strategies based on our goals.

I’m the head of marketing for Optimums, LLC. We sell climate control equipment.

What challenge were you trying to address with Mediahead?

We had a product that aimed to implement energy-efficient solutions in air conditioning technology. We needed a digital marketing and strategy partner to help us convince consumers to buy this product, which was initially more expensive, and would save money in the long run.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They analyzed the current market, including consumer triggers for purchase and their behavior, as well as the port rate of our consumer. Based on that, they provided some solutions, such as visual messages, to best reach consumers through our advertisements and campaigns.

They helped us make a campaign and also worked on other projects, including some branding of a product that suffered from negative consumer perception.

We worked with about six people from their team.

How did you come to work with Mediahead?

We had worked with them when they were part of a larger, national agency. When they formed their own company, we continued the relationship.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $300,000–$400,000.

What is the status of this engagement?;

We worked together from January 2015 until January 2018.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They helped us use our product to grow a niche market through their strategies, helping consumers see their need for our product and trust it enough to buy it. We were very happy with the results, and still feel the impact of their work.

How did Mediahead perform from a project management standpoint?

They were professional and experienced. They documented, gave reports, met deadlines, and communicated very well. We used several tools for file transfers, setting milestones, and more, including Google Calendar for scheduling meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They are a client-oriented team that is easy to work and communicate with. They act quickly to handle any problems, usually solving it within a couple of hours.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Perhaps they should expand their team to gain more experience and resources. This will extend their reach and capabilities for projects.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Clearly define your goals and set good targets. They will create a good campaign for you.
