Mediahead was our strategic digital partner, providing full-cycle digital marketing for KredoBank. The scope of work included developing a digital strategy using the 4B segmentation approach (10+ unique audience segments); launching and managing Google Ads PPC campaigns with automated budget control scripts; sourcing and coordinating opinion leaders (TV personalities, bloggers, cultural figures) for native product integration of 'Pravylna Kartka'; developing and executing the seasonal digital activation 'Kraftove Rizdvo'—an interactive 25-window advent calendar on the CraftBanking platform with branded partner prizes; and producing creative materials and content across all channels.

Pravylna Kartka campaign (PPC + strategy): • 65,764 card registrations • 88% of registrants became cardholders • Exceeded the plan by 9% • KredoBank's client base grew by 11 percentage points. Influencer marketing (Pravylna Kartka promotion): • Reached 800,000+ users • 27,000+ interactions, including clicks to registration • Cost per engagement: UAH 13.05. Seasonal digital activation 'Kraftove Rizdvo': • 10,511 unique page visits in December 2024 • Card applications tripled (from an avg. of 40 to 142 per month) • +53% average time-on-page vs. other site sections • 72 new clients applied directly through the activation

Mediahead maintains a clear and structured project management approach. All campaigns and materials are launched on time. The team provides regular PPC reporting: weekly dashboards and monthly summary reports with performance analysis and recommendations. For influencer projects, Mediahead independently coordinates the content publication schedule, significantly reducing our team's operational load. They respond promptly to plan changes or urgent requests. The working relationship is built on transparency and mutual respect.

What impressed us most was Mediahead's ability to combine analytical PPC precision with a creative approach to brand campaigns. They don't just 'run ads'—the team dives deep into the product, builds segmentation strategies, and finds unconventional solutions, such as the advent calendar that proves its effectiveness year after year. The quality of influencer marketing work also stands out: the selection of opinion leaders, the WOM-effect mechanics, and native product integration delivered an exceptionally low cost per engagement. The team thinks like a business partner, not just a contractor.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Mediahead could have done differently?

Overall, we are fully satisfied with our collaboration. If there is one area for future growth, it would be even more granular per-influencer reporting, specifically the breakdown of Stories vs. Feed performance. This is more of a future wish than a criticism—the current quality of work meets the highest standards.

We сame to the Mediahead team to conduct a comprehensive social media campaign and PPC advertising, and later began work on a large performance marketing campaign.

Mediahead analyzed the market and competitors, analyzed the audience and developed a strategic approach to the implementation of the SMM campaign. They introduced marketing goals, communication goals and SMM goals, and after approving KPI's, they implemented a campaign on them. The strategy consisted of establishing the consumer's journey to work with the target audience, communication message, presence channels for each segment. Ecosystem and priority of segments in budget allocation.

They developed a content split and rubrics for each social network, devised visual styles, colors and fonts. Provided recommendations for working with bloggers and recommendations for working in messengers. We reviewed sites and hoped for potential growth points. Mediahead were engaged in maintaining the company's profile in social media under the key.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Since, in addition to the SMM campaign, we were interested in complex performance marketing campaign, we held meetings with leaders in all areas, including specialists from Media, PPC, E-Commerce, Strategy, and SMM. During the SMM campaign we had a project manager who was responsible for all communication. We put the performance marketing campaign on hold due to the military invasion of Ukraine, the country where our business operates.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

For 3 months of cooperation with the agency, we have received a steady increase in performance on social networks. Thanks to regular posting, design content and paid promotions, we have increased the coverage of posts and the number of subscribers. The number of Instagram followers increased by 26%. Coverage of posts - about 81%. The average ER for posts was 6%. Facebook has 22% more followers. The coverage of posts increased by 56%. The average ER is 1.5%. Given the specifics of the brand - this is a fairly high figure. We also increased the level of recognition in the market by 5%.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Сommunication was at a high level, the account manager was constantly in touch with us, if necessary, we held online meetings. Edits were quickly processed, sometimes we had to work with unplanned content, there were also no problems with its implementation. We were satisfied with our workflow

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed by their approach and quality in preparing proposals, the development of a strategy and a comprehensive solution.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We also faced the issue of site development, perhaps MediaHead should look in this direction as well.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We get reports after each campaign, and we compare results against company benchmarks. The metrics we’ve gotten from Mediahead’s campaigns are higher than those from our other partners.

How did Mediahead perform from a project management standpoint?

We have a kickoff meeting for each campaign, to discuss the next steps, and we have short status calls every week.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We have a few product managers in the company, for different categories, and the ones that’ve worked with Mediahead are very satisfied with them. We’re always happy to work with them. They deliver good results that are better than our other digital advertising partners.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They work well with us and they should maintain this high level of service.

We’re totally satisfied with the results of our campaigns, and I’d recommend them to someone else. Mediahead has had a good impact on our overall sales. They’re professionals in the digital area and provide correct strategies based on our goals.

What challenge were you trying to address with Mediahead?

We had a product that aimed to implement energy-efficient solutions in air conditioning technology. We needed a digital marketing and strategy partner to help us convince consumers to buy this product, which was initially more expensive, and would save money in the long run.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They analyzed the current market, including consumer triggers for purchase and their behavior, as well as the port rate of our consumer. Based on that, they provided some solutions, such as visual messages, to best reach consumers through our advertisements and campaigns.

They helped us make a campaign and also worked on other projects, including some branding of a product that suffered from negative consumer perception.

We worked with about six people from their team.

We had worked with them when they were part of a larger, national agency. When they formed their own company, we continued the relationship.

They helped us use our product to grow a niche market through their strategies, helping consumers see their need for our product and trust it enough to buy it. We were very happy with the results, and still feel the impact of their work.

How did Mediahead perform from a project management standpoint?

They were professional and experienced. They documented, gave reports, met deadlines, and communicated very well. We used several tools for file transfers, setting milestones, and more, including Google Calendar for scheduling meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They are a client-oriented team that is easy to work and communicate with. They act quickly to handle any problems, usually solving it within a couple of hours.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Perhaps they should expand their team to gain more experience and resources. This will extend their reach and capabilities for projects.

Clearly define your goals and set good targets. They will create a good campaign for you.

What challenge were you trying to address with Mediahead?

We needed help handling digital distribution and reach for a social awareness campaign via social media marketing (SMM) channels. We also needed help executing influencer marketing and maximizing organic reach and engagement on Instagram and Facebook.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Mediahead served as our digital execution partner for a large-scale social awareness campaign developed by McCann Kyiv for an international organization. Within the project, the Mediahead team managed SMM content publishing on Facebook and Instagram, developed an interactive quest format to engage the target audience, sourced and coordinated a network of influencers to place campaign materials in Stories, and involved media personalities to create audio content for Instagram challenges. All digital activities aligned with the strategy and creative concept developed by our agency.

We found them through a referral. We chose them because they were close to our geographic location, their pricing fit our budget, and their company values aligned with ours.

We worked together between April–December 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We had the following organic campaign performance metrics:The influencer marketing component generated additional reach among target audience segments through Stories placements by approximately 15 popular bloggers. The combined estimated reach from Stories was around 180,000–220,000 views. The average engagement rate (swipe-ups, reactions, and direct message reshares) was around 3.8%, which is above the market average for social awareness campaigns of this format. A portion of the placements also involved media personalities contributing audio content, which further stimulated organic user-generated content (UGC) in the form of challenge responses.Based on our estimates, the Instagram challenge launched as part of the campaign generated around 300–400 organic responses in the form of Reels and Stories from users. Content published under the campaign hashtag accumulated an estimated 40,000–60,000 views in total. The majority of UGC was generated within the first two weeks following the media personalities' placements, which confirms a direct link between the influencer activity and the audience's organic response.

How did Mediahead perform from a project management standpoint?

Mediahead demonstrated a clear and proactive project management approach. All materials and publications were delivered on time or ahead of schedule. The team responded promptly to feedback and edits and adapted flexibly to campaign timeline changes. Communication was transparent and consistent; we received weekly progress reports and real-time access to analytics.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed us most was Mediahead's ability to seamlessly integrate into our creative process while maintaining full ownership of the digital execution. They didn't simply follow technical briefs — the team brought their own ideas on formats and mechanics, which strengthened the overall campaign results. We also want to highlight their influencer network and deep understanding of the Ukrainian digital landscape.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, we were satisfied with the collaboration. If there was one area for growth, it would be receiving even more granular per-influencer analytics breakdowns, but this is more of a future wish than a critical issue.
