We needed a web presence. That included a website and help with lead generation.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They helped with our entire digital presence. They developed a website from scratch and created all the content and design work. They established a sales process for us, which included automated forms and ways to subscribe to our email marketing campaign. They also did logo and design work as needed, social media marketing, and other ad management.

We initially worked with one point of contact, but we worked with at least three people in all.

I searched through Craigslist for someone who could do a good job. They had the most professional appearance, and they were a good size.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $20,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together around November 2018. They still do a little management for us, but we rarely need to make adjustments.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They built a fantastic website that looks awesome. We love the results, and customers immediately know what to do when they visit the site. We get a lot of compliments on it, and they helped us track metrics to grow even more. After we worked with them, our profit margin was up by 40%.

Their project management was good. They were in constant contact and were always quick to respond. Everything was clear and natural, and they always knew what they were doing.

After sending a deposit I heard back from them maybe one more time. Nothing was done, and now they don't answer the phone, email, or text.

Nothing at all. Please stay away from them at all cost. I will leave this review in as many places as I can.
