I'm the owner and main coach of Miami Fitness Club.

What challenge were you trying to address with Media Friday?

We wanted to be able to reach an audience that's interested in our services and create media campaigns that were effective.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Media Friday assessed my situation initially, and we talked about my website and what I had done and still needed, as well as the budget I was working with. Next, they gave me a preliminary strategy, in which they tackled the problems that my website had, and made it a user-friendly and intuitive platform. Based on that, because we wanted to drive traffic to the website, we started developing keywords and using Facebook and Instagram ads. They've also tackled my SEO.

I have one main point of contact, but I've worked directly with three other people on their team.

A friend of mine connected me with them, and they gave me a call.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I've seen a great improvement in traffic to my site. Also, the metrics tell me that the traffic is coming from the ads, which is been great. Since they optimized my site and handled the SEO, I've been able to rank in the first three search results in my area, and consistently first and second. There are keywords related to that, but whenever you look for the keywords "gym near me" or "strength" my site pops right up. In just a few months, they've fixed my website so that people can buy my services quickly, and they continue to put great design into the site, our ads are running good and optimized. I'm getting leads and customers based on what we're doing.

How did Media Friday perform from a project management standpoint?

They're great. We speak formally once or twice a week, in scheduled calls. We communicate via email, and can even WhatsApp each other if needed. They're super professional, with everything from emails, to presentations, to analysis reports, everything is amazing.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their professionalism is outstanding. They go the extra mile to make sure I understand what we're talking about since they're media experts and I'm not.  They dilute the essence of what we're discussing to the point where it's palatable and I can understand and make the decisions needed. That experience is hard to find across professions, and I'm grateful they were able to fix something that wasn't really working for me. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, It's hard to say from where I'm sitting. They've been delivering great results and I just want more of the same.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Anyone who starts with them should make an effort to do some homework to understand some of the lingo that they use, like click word and call-to-action. It really helps.
