We provide training materials for pharmaceutical companies. We provide print materials and many online resources for iPad and phones. We tailor our training materials based on client needs. I am the IT [information technology] manager.

We needed a development partner to develop some of the digital materials that we provide. The Mechanism fills the development role.

They have been providing programming resources [HTML5 only] for eLearning programming for iPad and PC.

When was the project completed?

The engagement is still ongoing with no plans to stop.

We hired them either from a referral or because the client preferred them as the vendor.

Are you satisfied with the work?

I haven’t heard anything negative about their work. I haven’t heard any complaints about The Mechanism, so it seems very positive overall.

When working with The Mechanism, is there anything you’d consider unique or special about them that distinguishes them from other vendors you’ve used?

They are very responsive and accessible. They are always there when we need some development help. They respond to my team quickly and are in constant contact with our development personnel. This is key in our business and essential for any vendor. Overall, the quality of their work is very good. Our team is satisfied.

Is there any area that they could improve on or that you would do differently?

There is nothing major to report.
