Md Faruk Khan and his team at Khan IT provided comprehensive digital marketing services for my house washing business, Sun Softwash. The project was executed in two key phases:

Phase 1: Website Development & Optimization

• Designed and developed a fully responsive, user-friendly WordPress website.
• Implemented an SEO-friendly structure with a clean, intuitive layout to enhance user experience.
• Created 8,000–10,000 words of keyword-optimized content to improve search engine visibility.
• Set up advanced tracking tools, including Google Search Console (GSC) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4), to monitor website performance.

Phase 2: SEO & Digital Marketing

• Conducted in-depth keyword research to identify high-impact search terms.
• Performed on-page and technical SEO to improve website ranking.
• Wrote and published two SEO-optimized blog posts per month.
• Built high-quality backlinks (30–50 per month) to enhance domain authority.
• Managed and maintained social media profiles, including Google Business Profile.
• Optimized YouTube videos for better ranking (if provided by the client).

Project Timeline & Renewal
The initial contract was completed in September 2024, but due to the outstanding results delivered by Khan IT, I decided to renew the contract for another year. Additionally, as my business expanded into Auckland and Hamilton, I entrusted Khan IT with optimizing my online presence for these new locations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Md Faruk Khan could have done differently?

The only recommendation I have is to improve meeting time coordination due to the time zone difference between New Zealand and Bangladesh. Occasionally, we faced minor scheduling challenges, but overall, communication and project execution were excellent. Aside from this, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.
