What was the scope of their involvement?

We needed more people to know about the brand so in the first month, we worked on awareness and moved into improving our conversion efforts in the next three months.

We then had brainstorming sessions for the development of our creative assets, and reposted and published some assets with our permission.

Moreover, they provided us with SEO and keyword research, and ran our social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Our internal team managed our brand's official pages.

They were very sufficient for my needs. We got a number of followers on our several social media pages and had people wanting to know more about the brand, asking questions, and getting feedback from it.

We've also had a lot of users download our app and grow our user base from 700,000 to more than 800,000 in less than six months.

In addition to that, the SEO campaign has been successful, as the product pops in every short search.

How did Mcjeh Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management was good as I had so many things I was doing, so communication was a bit difficult for me — but they would always be prompt in responding and updating me.

We communicated through Google Meet and used a folder on Google Drive where we put everything we needed to work with.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their rate of delivery was very impressive. They're super excellent in how they deliver their job and they don't leave any stone unturned.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They should make their strategy known by providing a document stating each of the strategies, and how it's going to have a proper effect on the product.

Any advice for potential customers?

I'd advise you to not hide anything from them, because they're not going to steal your idea. The more open you are with them, the more they drive results for you.

They ensure we can get across to people. For example, they made sure one of our events trended on Twitter, and it was the topic of some blogs. Also, they’ve created more networks so we can reach further, even those unfamiliar with what we do. Thanks to that, we can network and meet more people.

They perform excellently. They meet the deadlines, but we’ve exceeded the budget that we’d put down. We typically communicate through WhatsApp.

I am the CEO of SoluSoft Limited, a Renewable Energy company. We deal in Original Equipment Manufacturing of Solar Systems, Which include, Solar Panels, Batteries, inverters, Solar Streetlights, Solar Pumps and consumer items. We do Wholesale, retail and also Project installations across Nigeria and finally we Build Mini-grids to power communities.

Our website was created in 2010 and we contracted McJeh in 2017 to improve the website and increase traffic. They also opened our social media handles and managed them till date. They have increased sales for us.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found them online and did our interview and research on them just as you have asked us.

After we had contacted Mcjeh, The CEO contacted us, and we had a meeting and to my greatest surprise he called his team same day and opened a conversation on skype. There and then we were given 3 web design samples which we picked the one we presently use.

They came back this year and advised an upgrade and we were delighted to find out they follow up on their clients so we gave them the opportunity to upgrade our webpages. They have done a lot for our google page and have increased sales for us. They always follow up with us on our progress.

In total we worked with 5 persons; The CEO, The PM and 3 designers. Although we had other representative contacting our sales department. we can actually say they were about 7 in total.

Site Traffic increased by 80% Positive feedback and alot of clients could locate our office without a call . this was because they improved on our google search engine. They managed their timeline properly and delivered in due time.

I must say it was over 98% effective, this is because they had several meetings with our sales rep and the CEO and project manager of Mcjeh will always call me up for meetings without me knowing what progress has been done with our employees. They kept it professional and kept the management abreast every time.

What triggers me is the fact that they follow up thoroughly on every task given them. The after delivery checks is what has made us retain McJeh. Very impressive even with their beautiful design

I do not see any areas that should be improved upon but I advice they keep up the good job

Mark has done a very good job, and we don’t have any issues with him. We tell him what we want, and he gives us exactly what we need. With his exceptional digital marketing skills, we’ve got our name out in Nigeria.

External stakeholders have also been able to view our blog posts thanks to the team’s support. We’ve also received increased requests on our platform. If we have to rate them, we’d give them a 9 out of 10 for their deliverables.

They respond very swiftly, and they’re open to corrections. We can call them anytime, and they implement changes immediately without complaining. We mainly communicate through phone calls and WhatsApp, and they’ve been consistently giving us updates.

Be very conscious about the niche that your brand fits in. Mcjeh Digital is excellent in specific niches, but you have to know your brand and talk to them to see if their expertise fits your needs.
