Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the clinical director of Edinburgh Sports + Spinal Physiotherapy, a small multidisciplinary clinic with 5 employees. We provide private healthcare including physiotherapy, massage, nutritional therapy and podiatry.

For what projects/services did your company hire McCashin Media?

We were a small start up without any expertise in digital marketing, web design or brand building. We wanted exposure to the local area in Edinburgh, with our new brand as well as some creativity for content and web design.

What were your goals for this project?

We were looking for a approachable and ethical marketing campaign to help boost our brand exposure to the local area. Physiotherapy is a competitive business in Edinburgh, with multiple clinics already existing in the area. We therefore wanted to increase our sales and become a household name.

How did you select this vendor?

Following a poor experience with a previous vendor, we searched online as well as asking for recommendations from our business network. McCashin Media stood out out after being recommended by a number of people. We looked at work previously completed and set up a meeting to discuss experience and projected thoughts on our goals. McCashin Media had previous experience with healthcare companies and in particular Physiotherapy and so he was able to "speak our language". Nick from McCashin media was particularly approachable, knowledgeable and empathetic to our needs and goals.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

After selecting McCashin Media, we had a meeting to discuss our goals and brand. We focused on understanding the major services of our business and McCashin media spoke with a number of our team to gain as much information as possible about the company. Following this McCashin Media developed a web design plan, digital marketing plan and social media. The helped develop creative content to initially get us off the ground, focussing on relevant trends in our specific market. They also provided regular information and analysis on SEO, as well as our performance on google.

I have mostly dealt with the director of the company, Nick.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since beginning with McCashin Media, we have maintained our position at the top of page one organic Google searches. Our sales have increased significantly, and we were able to grow from one practitioner to 5 in the space of the 2.5 years of working with McCashin Media.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I was mostly in contact with Nick, who communicated at least 2-3 x via email and at the beginning we met fortnightly to help create adequate content and gain a real insight into the business goals.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was incredibly impressed by the knowledge of McCashin Media about our profession, industry and market. We learned a great deal and Nick was enthusiastic to produce a site with high standards and slick content creation to improve and maintain our google position. As we discussed previously, we struggled a great deal with a previous vendor and we are extremely glad to have found McCashin Media, who we will continue to use for the foreseeable future.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We cannot fault the process. McCashin Media provided an excellent professional service with outstanding ideas and in the end results! We would therefore highly recommend McCashin Media.

We were looking to increase our awareness within the security sector. Specifically 'business to business'. Nick helped us with SEO and digital marketing to target a certain demographic. We used Google ad words along with Facebook ads to do this.

To increase leads along with overall brand awareness.

Through word of mouth.

We met over a few months to ascertain the direction to take things. We agreed B2B to be the most profitable for us.

Ive worked closely with Nick only.

Id say most of our engagement comes from Google and Facebook.
