Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the operations manager for the Atlantic group, a French home appliance manufacturer. We produce water heaters in Thailand for export to ASEAN region.

For what projects/services did your company hire Mbrella Films?

Our company needed a promotional video for its factory in Thailand.

What were your goals for this project?

The main aim of the video is to explain our technical know-how to our customers and reassure them of our manufacturing capabilities and quality. It's also used as a communication tool through social media.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

I researched filmmaking companies in Thailand and got quotations based on our specifications. I found Mbrella films on Google.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.

The specification has been laid out by our company and shared with MBrella. We then built the script together with their artistic direction and keeping in mind our objectives. The shooting took place for 2 days in our facility, involving our and Mbrella's teams. Once the shooting was completed, post-production was done by Mbrella films, and corrections were done after the first draft.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

We worked in close contact with Mbrella throughout the whole process, defining together the steps of the clip, shooting, and then exchanging on the final choices.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

First of all, the video has been shared with the local team, and I had excellent feedback. It helped me with involving the factory's team and making them feel part of the whole Atlantic group. It's now been shared with the whole group and praised for its quality.

The sales team uses it as a tool for technical - sales meetings. It's early to draw conclusions on that point. They are however pleased with the result and the messages delivered with the video. It matches the initial requirements

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They were excellent. We've been in close contact during preparation, shooting, and post-production. I am really satisfied on that point, it was easy to work with Mbrella!

What did you find most impressive about this company?

It was a truly positive experience for my team and I. Mbrella helped us for the preparation and guided us to be able to deliver the right message. The communication was easy, plus Mbrella's staff was helpful, and the atmosphere was great on the 2 shooting days

Are there any areas for improvement?

The post-production took a bit longer than expected.

The aims were to advertize about our work, while communicating around the outcomes of our project

The team followed us on the field to record our work, and then assembled it. We were in touch during the process and gave feedbacks to their work. Communication was excellent.

We discussed over the phone and by email. Again, the communication was very good and efficient.
