I’m the production support specialist for What Keeps You Awake, a podcast for local Phoenix, Arizona area entrepreneurs.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire MBPS, LLC to accomplish for your podcast supporting Phoenix-area entrepreneurs?

We needed help determining which systems and processes were lacking to protect us from potential cybersecurity threats and email scams that could affect our business and employees.

SOLUTION

Can you describe the scope of work MBPS, LLC handled for your podcast project?

MBPS, LLC has improved our web security and trained our team on security protocols to follow to avoid being scammed. For example, our team now knows to be wary of anyone saying they’re the owner of the company or another manager making odd requests for something financial or internally secure information.

We’ve worked with 2–5 teammates from MBPS, LLC.

How did you find them?

We found MBPS, LLC through a referral. We chose MBPS, LLC because they offered good value for the cost.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with MBPS, LLC in November 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It's tough to measure security because no threats are a win. If threats are blocked, we can't measure that either. Ongoing, we'll be able to monitor certain types of significant threats blocked. For now, we don't have any measurable results.

How did MBPS, LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

MBPS, LLC delivers on time and is very helpful in making sure we understand what's happening and why. We communicate in person.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

MBPS, LLC's strong communication is impressive, especially for something potentially challenging to grasp.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything they can improve on.
