I brought Mark (CEO) on because I had a bad experience with my last tax accountant. My old accountant claimed that everything was being filed correctly for me, which wasn’t the case.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Mark straightened out all of my taxes that were pending from years prior.

When we were first introduced, he invited me over to his office and asked me to explain what I’ve done in the past. All of the copies I had previously, I sent to him. He searched the IRS website to figure out what was actually filed, and he cleaned everything up. Mark gave me a to-do list of what he needed from my bank account. After putting that together for him, he went and filed my taxes.

Mark now does all of my tax prep, accounting, and bookkeeping.
