I would strongly caution anyone from hiring MB Accounting Group LLC. They completely failed to deliver on the contract we agreed to, yet still expect to be paid in full.

Unreconciled Accounts: They left my Gulf Winds checking account unreconciled, several credit cards ignored, and my Citibank card with over 700 unreconciled transactions.
Loan Accounts Ignored: Despite repeated requests, many loan accounts were never added, meaning payments were never categorized properly.
Negative Balances & Errors: Multiple accounts are showing negative balances due to their sloppy, incomplete work.

To make matters worse, when I questioned this, I was strung along. One of their team members even tried to quit midway, but I was sweet-talked into unpausing the contract so they could log more hours—only for them to walk away without fixing anything.

Yes, some of the work they did finish looks okay, but the sheer volume of missing, incorrect, and unfinished tasks is staggering. This is not how you complete a professional contract.

MB Accounting left me with a ton of cleanup work, wasted money, and broken trust. If they don’t make this right immediately, I will ensure this complaint is raised to the highest authority and shared across every platform I can.

Bottom line: They ripped me off. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
