I’m the owner of Shine with Sensei, which is an online store selling baby clothes.

What challenge were you trying to address with Maze?

I needed a partner to design my website and create my brand.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Maze designed and developed my e-commerce website. Their team handled the project from A-Z, so building the frontend and backend system. They developed the website from scratch using a proprietary system.

Maze also created my logo and corporate identity. After providing several options, their team iterated on them until the brand satisfied my expectations. They also helped create my unique selling propositions (USPs) and established my Instagram and Facebook accounts. Their team connected my website with my accounts, so I can e-shop through social media.

They’re now working on marketing and advertising campaigns. Their team created a MailChimp account and help market the e-commerce system. We’re also working on building a mobile application.

How did you come to work with Maze?

In addition to seeing their YouTube ads, I knew Maze because a friend previously worked with them. My friend praised their website, marketing, and e-commerce skills. I then contacted them to schedule a meeting. During the meeting, they presented their workflows, process, and plan for the project. I decided to go with them because they received many design and development awards, which instilled in me a feeling of trust and comfort.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent €8,000 (approximately $9,000 USD) on their services.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May 2020, and our partnership’s ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Each phase of the project involved a challenge, and Maze turned the challenges into successes. They’re helping me create an amazing business.

I received feedback from my customers who said it was easy for them to make purchases through the website. They also liked the logo and actually started ordering because of it. The system’s easy and user-friendly, so there aren’t complications. Their team created an amazing UX, and I’m so proud of their work. Maze’s owner has an incredible depth of marketing knowledge, so I’m confident the campaigns will be successful.

How did Maze perform from a project management standpoint?

Maze manages the project as if COVID-19 doesn’t exist. Despite external circumstances, they provide deliverables in a professional way. As a result of their management, I don’t have to wait long to receive deliverables. If there is a delay, their team gives updates.

The communication between us is great, and we primarily use email. I can follow up on any marketing analysis and track sales through a dashboard. They reply right away to my emails, so I’m never waiting. Even though we’re in different locations, it’s been easy to work together. Their customer service is great.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Maze works really hard to deliver amazing results. They care about me and the quality of their work. When they commit to a task or project, they do them. Their team gives me incredible support and time, which are valuable.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, it’s been successful. I’m getting the results I expected.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I recommended them to a friend who’s opening a bakery in Ireland. They’re a great team for startups. Maze will help you grow in an amazing, professional way.
