Th scope of work was extensive developing the platform requires implementing mechanism to collect and integrate data from various sources within dental practise. Designing an efficient and scalable database structure and schema design. The scope also included data analysis, visualisation and reporting, defining and implementing relevant KPIs and metrics, integration with OpenDental , Dentrix, DentiMax , Eaglesoft.

The platform provides dental practices with insights into operational efficiencies, appointment scheduling, and resource utilization. By analyzing data on appointment durations, wait times, staff performance, and equipment usage, the platform helps identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

The outcome was a successfully working web application that processed a tremendous amount of user-uploaded video content, and was able to create apps for numerous VR headsets.

There is always some room for improvement, still, MaybeWorks is going towards it. They are on the right way I am sure. We highly recommend MaybeWorks if you are looking for a reliable web development provider.

The team was extremely professional and had a couple of calls with me to understand exactly what I'm trying to achieve, they have created a proof of concept in which proves they really know their stuff very well, they also suggested the right technology stack and advised me on the technical aspects to have a scalable product.

We're working on a digital prototype (virtual classroom service) and needed MaybeWorks to add some complex features.

The prototype needed a main feature that makes our product unique from others. We hired several development teams before, to try to fix this, but nonetheless nobody seemed to manage it.

MaybeWorks came in with transparent communication and expectation management through multiple chats and calls and a trello board setup by them to show what they have been working on and to prevent communication mistakes.

What was the team composition?

The team consisted of a few Full-Stack developers and a Project manager. The guys were extremely helpful in all the stages. We mostly talked to the project manager which was efficient and effective. He was the first of the team that got to hear our idea for this new service and he understood it immediately and made a breakdown structure, which positively affected on our collaboration.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We've been working with several development teams before we hired MaybeWorks. It's quite difficult and time consuming to find a good team. Not just the code quality but mostly, the struggle in communicating your ideas and expectations.

We had several bad experiences which had a major impact on our timeline. But MaybeWorks has shown that there are good development teams out there that have both the developing quality as for communication skills. We're back on track now with our time line, and can now finally start testing. Thanks MaybeWorks!

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Perfect. Alexander, one of their project managers has given us transparency in what they were going to work on, as what they we're working on, from the beginning to the end.

He managed our expectations effortlessly by setting up a trello board where all the features were listed and an indication of progress per feature. Furthermore, he closed off every day and week with a list of progress and plans for the next days. What a wonderful experience this has been.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The streamlined communication and its transparency and expectation management. As well as the rapid pace of high quality work. Also, they took an engaged, proactive approach to sharing ideas and suggestions.
