I’m the co-founder and chairman of Kriips Technologies, a SaaS-based Indian company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Mavis Dx Consultants Pvt Ltd?

We’re currently in the development phase, and we have yet to go to market.

As part of that phase, we engaged with Mavis Dx. We opted to use AWS, and we needed a partnership with someone who could create a design for the infrastructure architecture, guide us through that, and deploy the app that we’re developing.

We selected them to come up with the infrastructure design.

What was the scope of their involvement?

It was basically consultation and finding vendors for the execution of the project, reviewing the designs, and making sure that it meets the standards and security.

Their team helped us in all aspects of the infrastructure, and they even provided some business consulting.

I worked directly with the founder.

My co-founder knew their founder when he was working in IT. We knew how talented he was, so we went ahead with the project.

We’ve invested $6,000–$7,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working on this project in September 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The service was excellent, and they did a great job. The first deliverables are done, and now we request services on an ad hoc basis.

We looked at the project deliverables. We were able to get quality inspections for the design architecture and all the cloud technologies. The collaboration with them helped us make sure that we met the industry-standard architecture. We’re satisfied with the work that they did.

How did Mavis Dx Consultants Pvt Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

They were very prompt. They always collaborated with us, making sure the requirements were clear and crisp. They also made sure that they deliver on whatever was planned and up to the standard that we are expecting.

We didn’t use any project management tools with them because it is mainly a consulting service. We normally document in Excel.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their professionalism comes to mind. The way they interact and the professionalism they show are noteworthy.

Are there any areas they could improve?

As of now, nothing comes to mind. So far, everything has gone well.
