I’m the managing director at All in Trade Limited, a solutions provider. We sell a large range of solar energy products and systems.

We needed help with social media and content marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Match Professionals (U) Ltd manages and runs our social media pages. Their team mainly manages our Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp business pages.

They also maintain our website, develop content, design digital ads, the PR, and communications overall. They’re our communication consultants and service providers.

I worked directly with three members of their team. 

How did you come to work with Match Professionals (U) Ltd?

I knew them personally before they started working as a company. They were working with a marketing agency and I liked the work they did, so I decided to work with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We have invested between $10,000-$49,999.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October 2016 and the project is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’ve gotten us a lot of traction and visibility online. When you look at our social media pages and website, the quality of the content related to the industry is truly outstanding.

Our following on Facebook and Twitter and the local feedback from our customers is good. Everyone likes the way we communicate and the way the communication comes through. We’re extremely happy, I highly recommend them.

Due to their competency, we thought it wise to give them more assignments. Our plan is to work with them long-term. We’ve been able to grow our brand. 

How did Match Professionals (U) Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

We created a WhatsApp group where we communicate with them and my other directors and heads of departments. We also use email. Every quarter, they come to our offices to take new product photos and videos.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Before going to them, it took me almost three years trying to find a service provider who would offer the kind of service that we’re currently getting from them. Their pricing isn’t overpriced compared to other service providers. They provide quality services for an affordable price.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They need to increase their manpower. Each year, I’ve been making 6-7 referrals from industry colleagues and people who admire the work they do.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure you have a clear strategy and commitment to long-term marketing and communication. The results or the impact of communication may not be overnight. It’s a long-term commitment. Don’t look at the short-term, look at the long-term with consistent communication so that the results can be achieved.
