They did a good job observing our brand, requesting metrics from our website performance, approving the main user flows, and providing a hypothesis on how to decrease the bounce rate and increase conversions for a specific range of products.

They also provided a comprehensive UX audit of our website that included the main business objectives, full information architecture, top weaknesses, and key findings on the UI/UX improvements. What was interesting is that they used a mobile-first approach.

Once that was done, they shared wireframes with us, and after minor revisions, they transformed them into high-fidelity designs along with the design system. For some pages, they provided a few options so we could launch A/B tests.
