What specific goals or objectives did you hire MassMedia to accomplish for your industrial development business?

We needed help with brand development, online digital marketing, PR, and social media.

SOLUTION

Can you describe the scope of work MassMedia handled for this project?

MassMedia provides monthly proactive and strategic PR and organic social media. The team has also developed our logo, website, paid advertising campaigns, and stakeholder communication strategies. MassMedia has handled full development, including content creation and design.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with 10–15 teammates from MassMedia.

How did you come to work with MassMedia?

MassMedia was referred to me. I chose them over other options because they had high ratings, were close to my geographic location, had pricing that fit our budget, had a great culture fit, and had company values that aligned with ours.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with MassMedia in November 2020, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

MassMedia has consistently tracked and met our KPIs year after year. Our KPIs include PR press clips, social engagement, increase of followers, website traffic, and open rate on our digital marketing initiatives. For example, our KPI for press clips is 30 per year, and we’ve achieved nearly 50.

How did MassMedia perform from a project management standpoint?

MassMedia is very deadline-driven. We communicate via in-person meetings.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

MassMedia’s team is focused on results and is an extension of our team. They always deliver quality work.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on.
