We needed to up-level our former website for a better UX/UI design and to elevate the brand.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Massive Marketing dissected our old website and reformulated it to be a much higher-level brand experience. The team delivered a streamlined and beautiful website with a far better UX. Massive Marketing handled the design and development and helped me greatly with the direction for the content. The team also made all of the integrations seamless on the backend with custom-built integrations with La and Brevo.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We launched the website and already have three products sold in the first hour of the launch. The usability and design from a user perspective are fantastic. On the backend, all of the integrations that Massive Marketing built have made my life 10 times easier because I don't have to repeat tasks three or four times in many places. It all just happens with one edit. So far, I've gotten many texts saying how beautiful the website is.

Massive Marketing has built a new and improved website for us, designed a comprehensive digital marketing reporting dashboard, developed a digital marketing strategy, worked in tandem with our existing digital ad agency to improve results, and advised on the overall marketing of the business. The team is directly responsible for every aspect of the website, including content creation, design, and technical development.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our website conversion rate has gone from 1% to 3%, and our dwell time has increased dramatically. Better reporting has led to more organized and thoughtful decision-making. Our ROAS and other pertinent KPIs have increased on our digital ad spend. For example, our Meta paid social ROAS has gone from $1.76 to $2.89, and our CPA has dropped from $67.54 to $38.68. On Google Ads, we’ve gone from a $3.80 ROAS and $36 CPA to a $6.83 ROAS and $19.76 CPA. We’ve seen our full funnel ROAS rise 21% year-over-year (YoY) and our digital ROAS rise 29%.Massive Marketing has not only produced tangible improvements in our website and marketing strategy, but they’ve also helped us find the tools to transform our internal comms.
