This system allows us to create, edit, and track jobs in real time, with detailed records that include customer information, inventory lists, locations, pricing, and special instructions. Jobs can be filtered by status (e.g., new, scheduled, in-progress, completed), making it easy to manage workload and priorities.Mascot Software also developed several tools and features specifically aimed at improving customer communication and keeping clients informed throughout the entire moving process.They implemented an automated notification system that sends real-time updates to customers via email and SMS at key stages of their booking. This includes confirmations when a booking is made, reminders leading up to the scheduled move, notifications when the crew is en route, and updates upon job completion.
