Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The delivery was on time, appreciate the fact that, we change and added additional scope they delivered on time, and the cost was being communicated reasonably

They added me to their JIRA and project plans were transparent for Us while the entire project The Manager was a very responsive person on WhatsApp, they were using slack but I asked them to use WhatsApp since I can catch up on WhatsApp for quick chats.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I appreciate and love the access to the JIRA board, and task, and their timeline and weekly demos make me happy when our product development was in progress.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Yes, I would say they should start freezing requirements, While development whenever we asked for change they are ready to do.
