We would have liked even more visibility into certain campaign metrics earlier on, but they addressed that with added transparency as the project progressed.

With this type of work, you can expect "no shows" for schedule sales meetings, and we have had our share of those. I think there have been a couple of times meetings were scheduled with companies outside of our ICP, and as a result those prospects don't show up to our meeting, or don't convert. The team is open to feedback however, and seems to continuanlly refine their strategy.

We’ve had an outstanding experience working with the Martal Group for our pre-sales, lead generation, and appointment-setting needs. Their team has consistently delivered meetings with potential clients (from 1 to 2 qualified meetings per week), helping us to expand our reach in the market, which are leading to next stages in the sales cycle and partnerships. They provided valuable feedback on our outbound messaging, which has improved our engagement rates.
Additionally, although our product is highly technical (database management), their insights into the technology market have directly contributed to our team refining our strategy. The follow-up from Martal Group has been consistent, and our messaging has improved week-by-week. Looking forward to continuing to work with them and can see us continuing to work with them as we grow. I highly recommend their services to businesses looking to enhance their sales pipeline and GTM efforts.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We book one to two meetings every week. This may seem like a small number, but we have zero sales resources on our US team. Two reseller partners are in contract stages, and six prospects have advanced in the sales cycle. Martal produced one video for us. We also are receiving sales training and sales strategy advice from Martal.

n/a on delivered items. Response times were generally within one to two hours. Although no SLAs were set, they were consistent in their responses, even outside of office hours. (which is probably an exception)
Martal was a perfect fit. I had evaluated other organizations and the single difference I saw in Martal was that there was no fluff to their marketing and they were genuine in their messaging. I could see other technical startups as well as larger organizations benefitting from Martal's services, as they are fast learners, openminded, respectful, and aggressive.

Open-mindedness (open to suggestions, no ego, professional attitude, and open to new suggestions)
The opposite had to be maintained in terms of open-mindedness. From their own experiences, Martal had their own opinions about how we should sell our product and the feedback was much appreciated.
Technical knowledge. Martal is strictly a sales team and my expectation of their technical knowledge was low, however, they understood the fundamentals of different technologies and understood where our technology could be a good fit. In terms of ramp-up, it took approximately 3 weeks to get the Martal team to understand our solution and the market fit despite being a highly technical solution.

Not at all. Stay aggressive, and keep the meetings coming!

Martal Group did a good job and were able to create a few client relationships for us. I was impressed with their ability to articulate detailed aspects of our B2B commercial collection service to prospects.

Yes, Kris responded in a timely fashion, was always present meetings and was reasonably insightful on trying to improve MG's promotional strategy, and hone in on improving various reporting metrics needed to drive success.

Ultimately the service cost wasn't sustainable when compared to results. It was impossible for me to know how much actual time was truly spent promoting our business. Actually I was so impressed with Harjit, that I would have expected a much better outcome. I suspect that may be due to the number of other MG clients under his purview.

So we have been having trouble getting leads. As such we were searching for a marketing company to help us find more customers. We stumbled upon Martal Group and found they came with a lot of good recommendations. It is benefiting us by giving us a better direction to get more leads. I like the weekly reviews where we can see what we are doing good.
I also like being given reports of who is being responsive to our campaigns. I like how the Martal Group explains what exactly the campaigns are doing and why they are doing the things they are doing and how it can get us out there. I especially like the recommendations given to our company for our other advertising projects.
