We started out our collaboration after a few attempts of other companies. Marketing Link helped us to go through a google ban with a temporar domain. After that a brand-new strategy of content development was crafted and in-life implemented. After 3 years of collaboration we are standing strong in most of our Top keywords and phrases.

Results we achieved measures in in a phrase "from zero to hero". We made web-site optimization on our own a couple of years and this brought us none results, that gradually led us to a hidden google ban. After getting through the ban, in one year we became to appear in top-100 google index. And in 2-3 years of our collaboration we are mostly atthe top-10 google results in Ukrainian google search.

As a result - this: for the entire time of cooperation, the organic traffic of users was increased by 10 times in terms of SEO. As for PPC, it is a constant increase in CTR, and a constant control of increasing the conversion rate up to 2.5% in certain product groups.

Hi, I’m CEO & owner – Sunbee Sunbee — website and mobile app development, UI/UX, web design, SEO. Creative and positive ideas. We have been making websites since 2003 (until 2018 Aiken Web) Some of our work: Vodafone, EU4Business, Delicia, Volkswagen, Toyota, Eximbank, Honda and others.

Before Sunbee I used to be co-ower in Aiken Web, since end 2018 we separated business, so I had to find digital marketing services company for promoting my new Sunbee website and mobile app development services. We started from scratch, with new name, new Ad accounts.

My ex partner was responsible for looking for clients, so after dividing this became my duty. I googled a couple companies and found Marketing Link. They commercial propose was better, specially created for us, with our traffic, with analyzing our competitors, so ML team won)

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The deciding factor were proposes, quick answer, presence in Google Ads. I was looking outsourcer for Google Ads services, so the point was that company should have Google Ads for their own website. Some other vendors did copy-pasted PDFs, and just 2 companies did individual proposes. The other one lost, because they tried to say to optimistic promises, but it could be real, because in our sphere is very high CPC.

Marketing Link didn’t put any promises about exact figures of scaling (we have 0, and Mykola answered why 0 isn't good data for planning), they said that they do their work and had detailed explanation what Google Ads Management included. Their transparency and individualized approach won us over.

The main service which we cooperate is Google Ads. Also for couple regions we have Bing Ads, but quantity of leads for our services much less comparing to Google Ads.

When started they asked what the main services are, did suggestion for additional landing pages for improving page quality. Also, when we had to get quick new leads offered Facebook Ads and LinkedIn ads. In PPC also advised new things (Smart Campaigns, Performance Max campaigns). We have strict CAC and understandably LTV, so it is easy to calculate our ROI.

I communicated with account manager Anna and CEO Mykola via email. Additionally, worked PPC specialists, Paid Social specialists, designers, but I didn't directly communicate with them, and even didn't know their names, just saw in Instagram Stories

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We started from 0, so I didn't have figures for comparing. But, for example, in Google Ads for UA region CPL was $50, for France region $70, for US $95. Last time we focus in the USA and Canada market, here higher competition so, every mistake could cost a lot. But, Marketing Link are professionals, 95% leads from Google Ads are very relevant, and 18.5% of all Google Ads leads started buy our services.

Also time by time we're testing Facebook Asd, there are cheaper CPL, but worse % of clients who start cooperation (we work in middle-high segment).

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Management is perfect. They use Work Section, we also started to use it for our DEV services. Communication in email, and I also could book appointment in Calendly, so very convenient. I have phone number of Anna and Mykola but since last 5 years I didn't even call, email communication was enough and in time.

Individual approach was the most impressive. Before starting our partnership Marketing Link did great research, shown where and what we can get, shown how get leas our competitors, so it was very helpfully in the start. Because, in previous company my duty were PM, creative and positive ideas, working websites and apps. But here I had to add Marketing Director and Sales manager duty. But, Marketing Link report was easy to read, and they asked more strategy questions.
