We hired Marketing Link for Google Ads and Meta Ads management for GO TO-U — a leading worldwide charging app. Our ad campaigns were initiated from scratch as we didn't have any Ads accounts or prior experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads in these markets. 

Although we had some customers, being the first Tesla importers to Ukraine, our sales were unstable without advertising. Marketing Link managed both our projects in Ukraine and the worldwide market. Our collaboration with Marketing Link significantly elevated our sales. Now, we're looking to work on a new project with them.

SEO PolMall initiated its SEO journey in May 2018, coinciding with the launch of our website on the Horoshop platform. Our initial steps involved optimizing metadata, titles, descriptions, and keywords. Initially, our website traffic was negligible. It took 16 months to attract our first thousand organic users. We then reached a new milestone of 2,500 visitors in just four months, with current monthly traffic now around 3,000 people. 

SEO growth was gradual at first but picked up significantly after surpassing the first thousand visitors, underscoring the cumulative effect of SEO efforts. By 2024, we achieved a milestone of over 10,000 monthly users. Comparing the figures from 2019 to 2024, we realized a tenfold increase in SEO performance over the last five years. Google Ads The Marketing Link team targeted various audiences on Google Ads, including B2B, designers, builders undertaking turnkey projects, and retail customers. 

We launched PPC campaigns in May 2018, focusing on search campaigns initially due to the limited functionality of Google Shopping in Ukraine and the absence of online payment options on our website. Once online payments were integrated, we introduced shopping ads, followed by smart shopping campaigns, which significantly boosted application numbers. We also implemented dynamic remarketing. During our project, we expanded to include an offline store. 

We adjusted our advertising strategies to highlight the option of purchasing goods in our physical store and used Facebook ads to target individuals living in proximity to the store.

For SEO, we've achieved a tenfold increase in performance over the last five years, excluding the initial 16 months it took to reach our first thousand users. This growth showcases the effectiveness and long-term value of our SEO strategies. In PPC, our average Return On Ad Spend (ROAS) has been impressive at 644% and continues to improve. 

Despite facing serious competition, Marketing Link has consistently maintained a ROAS of no less than 500%, which, given our profit margins, is a remarkable achievement.

We chose them through a competitive selection, after an audit of campaigns. 

Compared to previous contractors, a fourfold increase in budget from the initial indicators resulted in ten times more sales. We continue to scale further, preferring to have a lower ROAS from the current one but more sales.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The deciding factor were proposes, quick answer, presence in Google Ads. I was looking outsourcer for Google Ads services, so the point was that company should have Google Ads for their own website. Some other vendors did copy-pasted PDFs, and just 2 companies did individual proposes. The other one lost, because they tried to say to optimistic promises, but it could be real, because in our sphere is very high CPC.

Marketing Link didn’t put any promises about exact figures of scaling (we have 0, and Mykola answered why 0 isn't good data for planning), they said that they do their work and had detailed explanation what Google Ads Management included. Their transparency and individualized approach won us over.

The main service which we cooperate is Google Ads. Also for couple regions we have Bing Ads, but quantity of leads for our services much less comparing to Google Ads.

When started they asked what the main services are, did suggestion for additional landing pages for improving page quality. Also, when we had to get quick new leads offered Facebook Ads and LinkedIn ads. In PPC also advised new things (Smart Campaigns, Performance Max campaigns). We have strict CAC and understandably LTV, so it is easy to calculate our ROI.

We started from 0, so I didn't have figures for comparing. But, for example, in Google Ads for UA region CPL was $50, for France region $70, for US $95. Last time we focus in the USA and Canada market, here higher competition so, every mistake could cost a lot. But, Marketing Link are professionals, 95% leads from Google Ads are very relevant, and 18.5% of all Google Ads leads started buy our services.

Also time by time we're testing Facebook Asd, there are cheaper CPL, but worse % of clients who start cooperation (we work in middle-high segment).

Management is perfect. They use Work Section, we also started to use it for our DEV services. Communication in email, and I also could book appointment in Calendly, so very convenient. I have phone number of Anna and Mykola but since last 5 years I didn't even call, email communication was enough and in time.

Individual approach was the most impressive. Before starting our partnership Marketing Link did great research, shown where and what we can get, shown how get leas our competitors, so it was very helpfully in the start. When we started working with Marketing Link in June 2024, our ROAS was 63%. By March 2025, we achieved an impressive 11.6x growth in ROAS, equivalent to a 1,065% increase. Additionally, from June 2024 to April 2025, we successfully reduced the cost of each lead by 87%, significantly improving our advertising efficiency. During this period, our average monthly ROAS remained stable at 1,205%, highlighting the consistent success of our marketing efforts.

These results significantly exceeded our initial expectations. We aimed for a modest improvement in ROAS and a slight reduction in lead costs. However, the actual outcomes surpassed our goals by a substantial margin, demonstrating the effectiveness of our partnership with Marketing Link.
