We needed a website to convert visitors to qualified leads effectively.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Marketing Empire Group did the UI/UX design of our website. We initially had a call with them; they asked some questions about our business and sent over a template to fill out.

We started with loose guidelines. Marketing Empire Group made some recommendations on colors and images to use for the website. Then, they took the information, used the copy to develop the verbiage on our site, and designed all the graphics.

What is the team composition?

We only had one teammate assigned to the project.

How did you come to work with Marketing Empire Group?

I knew the owner and trusted them. I knew they did a good job and were hardworking. Additionally, I researched their websites and design work and liked what they did.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $1,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together in February 2022 for about three weeks. The project concluded, but we’re working on something new.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The website looks great; Marketing Empire Group incorporated our ideas well. Overall, the response has been great. Every time someone goes to our website, we seal the deal.

Project management was good. We communicated via emails and phone calls.

Their sales team and communication were impressive. They were good to work with; many providers are hard to reach, but Marketing Empire Group had great customer service.

I initially wrote a lot of the copy, but we could’ve worked on some of it together.
